Kourtney Pfeiler forced me to buy so many unnecessary extras and kept adding things to the car and then just shoving papers at me to sign. I had 11k worth of equity transferred from a previous vehicle an extras and kept adding things to the car and then just shoving papers at me to sign. I had 11k worth of equity transferred from a previous vehicle and she built the sale to ensure she took back every penny of that equity. When trying to cancel some of those extras, they made me feel like I was a burden to them. They sold me a gold package for rust protection for over 2k after I specifically declined. At pick-up it was already done. I felt the obligation to accept the package. Maybe there are others in there that are better, but you have to push back very hard if you don't want to be taken advantage of like I was. More

I am very pleased with the purchase of my pre-owned Honda CRV-EX-L 2020. My question why dealerships prefer in-house financing arrangements did not receive an up front response. I would have liked a more straightforward/transparent answer to what charges are a must and which are optional. Sales person was very sleazy. Would repeatedly agree on something and then remove it from the deal without telling us. After 2 hours haggling with the guy, we put down a deposit a Would repeatedly agree on something and then remove it from the deal without telling us. After 2 hours haggling with the guy, we put down a deposit and almost signed a deal, until my wife noticed that the price on the contract was over $1000 higher than we had agreed on. The sales person first tried to convince her it was actually the same amount. When he realized that wasn't going to work he just kept saying "It's only a little bit higher, but at the end of the day you're still getting a beautiful car". When that didn't work he told us that actually his manager had made a mistake about the value of our trade-in and that's why it was higher. We said forget it and wanted our money from the deposit back. The sales person told us to wait, left for 10 minutes, came back with some guy who said he was the manager. The manager told us some xxxxxxxx story about how he was at his brothers wedding and that's why he made the mistake on the price. Still wouldn't give us the original agreed upon price, so not sure why they thought having a second person tell us the same lie was going to convince us. We got our deposit back and left. Will never step foot in that place again. More

We brought this matter to the management and never heard anything from them. I have told friend salesman at another dealership (I didn't know he was their). He told us that he would not interfere with another dealer's sale but he suggested to cancel the order if you are not happy with the dealership. Our salesman at that dealership seems to be gentleman and honest but he couldn't change the behavior of the management. We are, not mad, but ...... by the behavior of the dealership management. I don't know if I should give them 0 or 5 stars. Is there anything below Zero! More
