This is for Service department ,From last 2 years they have very very bad service even they don't understand the problem and very bad attitude. we can Listen them but they don't ,they don't know how to have very very bad service even they don't understand the problem and very bad attitude. we can Listen them but they don't ,they don't know how to talk costumer . Just today they didn't tell me what's going on my van and hang up my phone after my 3rd call with different persons .it has been 6 hours and 10 min no one answer any question and i am still waiting . I just purchased a pre-owned, (trade in) 2013 Nissan Titan, from Waterloo Honda. That experience - from first phone call, to viewing the vehicle online and via cell pics, ongoing discussions with Dave Howes, my salesperson, to the purchase agreement arrangements with Stella, and finally coordinating the drive and attending the dealership to sign all the forms with Eric, was outstanding. Not one glitch. My truck was, as promised, in excellent condition. It was detailed nicely on arrival. Paperwork process was immaculately prepared and done. It took exactly 20-25 minutes, start to finish, to walk in, meet Dave, sign the papers, and drive away. It couldn't be simpler! All concerns were addressed professionally, with a lot of patience and professionalism. Without question, I would consider buying from Waterloo Honda again. I went into look at a used Toyota RAV 4. Having been already sold, Elusha Bashir and I sat down and discussed what I was looking for in a vehicle. We test drove two different HRVs and Elusha explaining options of both and. benefits from buying from a Honda dealer. Happily today I drove home with a 2019 HRV and a smile on my face. Thank you Elusha for answering all my silly questions. Thank you also to Kourtney for looking after all the paper work. Doug M More
I would just like to further add Waterloo Honda had asked me not to ever come back to their establishment. It is funny because they were the ones that worked on my vehicle and messed it up I didn't. There were these covered up buff and scratches in the back, promised they'd take care of it, when I picked up the vehicle still there, salesperson gives me a smart alec comment when I point it out to him back, promised they'd take care of it, when I picked up the vehicle still there, salesperson gives me a smart alec comment when I point it out to him. Complain to salesperson, then talk to manager, tell him "it's like he wanted me to square up to him", then the manager says "I'll square up to you". So, the manager has the buffs taken care of. When I get my vehicle, it's just chipped off what was covered up. I tell the manager (Chris Rahiem) that I didn't like what he said about "squaring up to me", then he says he lost all respect for me. Telling me he doesn't know what I'm capable of and that he's had past customers threaten to blow that dealership up. Even mom & pop dealerships treat people better than that, but it shows that their all around service is that bad if people are going that extreme with threats like that. More
I bought a 2019 Civic. I bought paint protection scratch and dent protection and windshield replacement package. They use after market windshields. My daughter had her first car deal made. Numbers 100% agreed to by Dan and his sales manager. Drivers lic in and getting them insurance slip, car to be picked up next saturday. "ride green and windshield" for $830 plus tax. No kidding, no idea what that even is. When I called Dan, he 100% agree it was not discussed, never agreed to and should not be there. Claims his Manager made him put it in and he agreed it was not right. Daughter totally upset. $830 isn't the end of the world but a lot to a student buying her first car and just wrong. I guess they just assume their customers are too dumb to notice, or once hooked, they can change the price. Crazy, Horrible way to do business. Shame on Waterloo Honda management. What horrible way to treat a new Honda buyer. This is the kind of treatment you expect from a seedy used car dealership in the 90's NOT a HONDA dealership. I would never do business with a place that operates this way! Find a place that does business with ethics, and integrity! I have all on text and email etc. SHAME! More
They sold me a pre-owned car and when making a sale they showed me maintenance records of the car and failed to inform me the car had a faulty ac compressor. I talked to their mechanic he told me they didn't touch it just diagnosed it but I was told the compressor was working. The salesperson is now ignoring me when I ask for the records and so is the manager. I have taken it up with omvic. From the sales managers to the sale reps they like to make false claims and beat around the bush. Horrible customer service and not trust worthy. More
I have 2014 Honda Accord. My drive shaft (cv joint) broken all of a sudden there was no noise or something while driving it just broke. After that i called service centre i gave my vin number everything somebody named christine told there’s nothing like that. I doubted and called again to check luck then some other girl picked up I don’t know her name she was very very helpful CSR should be something like that not like the first person who picked up call. I saved thousands of $ just because of that. And person named Rob did everything when i was there. He is also a very good person very good service and very helpful. I don’t do reviews that often but I really need to mention that’s lady’s xxxxty customer service. So everybody, please make sure everything twice before getting service there. More
