The staff are friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional. The dealership is clean with a seating area that offers wifi, televisions and a variety of beverages if desired. I booked my car in for a GPS update. I was very clear with what I wanted and yet after the car had been dropped off for service, was told they don’t provide this type of service!!! Wha I was very clear with what I wanted and yet after the car had been dropped off for service, was told they don’t provide this type of service!!! What made it all the more frustrating was that I had booked this appointment over a week in advance and had a trip coming up, so needed an updated GPS system. This was all explained at the time of booking. When I was told that I would need to order the update and install it myself, there was not enough time to do it before my trip although there would have been, had I been told at the time of my initial call, this was not a service they provided. How is it that they are booking services they don’t provide? I spoke with several people as I received emails and texts confirming my appointment and I wanted to ensure I could drop my vehicle the evening before. Even when I dropped the vehicle off, I filled out a form explaining why it was there and talked to someone at the front desk about the GPS update. Still, not one person mentioned that this wasn’t something they could do! If you’re going to hire people to book appointments for service, they should have knowledge of which services are available! This isn’t rocket science. I have lost faith in this location and will not use it again! More
