I required CAA to get my car to Waterloo Honda. I called the Service Department (spoke to Bruce) to inform them I was coming in with a tow. They did a great job. Service rep was polite and helpful. I had winter tires put on and an oil change. My only disappointment was they were unable to clean the inside of my windshield.
