I was pleased with the appointment time of 2:45 pm and I left the deal ship at 3:45. The Service Consultant said approximately one hour and he was correct. When I arrived I was greeted by a pleasant service representative that took my vehicle information right away & advised that my service would begin shortly. He then directed me to a location where I could wait with complimentary coffee & tea. My vehicle was done within the timeframe he stated.
