Extremely unprofessional and unethical staff. The MANAGER handled my finances extremely poorly. While refunding my $2000 deposit, they gave me only $1000 back saying issue is with MY BANK CARD wh The MANAGER handled my finances extremely poorly. While refunding my $2000 deposit, they gave me only $1000 back saying issue is with MY BANK CARD which any 10yr old kid can also say that the ISSUE WAS AT THIER END AS THEY DIDN’T HAVE MONEY TO GIVE BACK. Even with 1hr notice, they didn’t prepare my refund cheque. They MOCKED ME and MADE ME FEEL LIKE xxxx coz I was in my work clothes and MADE ME FEEL SO CHEAP. Even raised their voice on me coz I ASKED FOR WHAT WAS MINE. The receptionist broke all rules of CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY by showing me other customer’s papers. THEY MISHANDLED ME by taking my debit card out of my hands and NOTED ALL THE NUMBER TO CAUSE A FRAUD TRANSACTION IN FUTURE. Today in the morning when I went back to get remaining $1000 mocked me again and told me to have a BETTER BANK card for big purchases. More

At first i didn't have a great experience with the service team I waited for 4 hours at the dealership only to be told they didn’t have the part in stock and they would let me know but never did until service team I waited for 4 hours at the dealership only to be told they didn’t have the part in stock and they would let me know but never did until I called next business day. I called the parts department myself and after speaking with Brad the parts manager who confirmed they had the part in stock the entire time when I was told previously they have to order the part as it was under the extended warranty. Brad went out of his way to ensure they give me the best service and connected me to John the Service Manager who was very helpful and accommodating. John made sure the following day my vehicle was picked up and dropped off same day. I can truly say that I had the best service thanks to Brad, John, Andrew and the service mechanic. Sue R More
