I bought Fort Sport 4*4 in July, received warm service from Sully. who also ordered a canopy for me. Due to some reason, canopy was delayed, Sully keep follow up for me for several months. My engine light came on in my 2010 Ranger. I brought it into Waterloo Ford. They knew right away what was needed to be repaired. I also had a tire light on from the tire swap to winter tires. I brought it into Waterloo Ford. They knew right away what was needed to be repaired. I also had a tire light on from the tire swap to winter tires. The tire shop never gets that right. When I picked up my truck, Waterloo Ford even cleared up the tire light. No charge. I really like this place! I'm going to keep coming back here! More
