I contacted Orlando at Waterloo Ford on a Thursday regarding a used vehicle I was interested. In. I had originally said I would come down Monday to test drive the vehicle, but I ended up making the 6hr trip on Sunday instead. David was kind enough to meet me at the dealership on Sunday even though it was his day off. After a test drive we decided we would purchase the vehicle. David promised us he would have the vehicle detailed and ready to go by 10 am the following morning. We showed up at 9:50am, and the vehicle was sitting by the door ready to go. Amina drew up all the paperwork quickly and efficiently, and we were on the road within an hour. Purchasing our vehicle from this dealership was a fantastic experience! Top notch service!!! More
