Brandon and Orlando sourced me a truck from another dealer, had it brought in and were excellent to work with. They were always easy to get a hold of and fast to reply whenever I had any questions or c dealer, had it brought in and were excellent to work with. The worst dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle with in the last 50 years. Sales Mgr does not coordinate with Salesman regarding pricing & trade in value. Duplicate Emails had to be sent to sales mgr & in the last 50 years. Sales Mgr does not coordinate with Salesman regarding pricing & trade in value. Duplicate Emails had to be sent to sales mgr & salesman...When the deal was made it took 9 hours to get a Bill of sale after sending it back 3 times for corrections ie incorrect purchasers, incorrect address, incorrect date and deposit amount not specified. When I arrived to take delivery of the vehicle it was only then that I was notified that I needed a bank draft.....nobody mentioned this before and after driving 2hrs I was ready to cancel the deal....the salesman did take me to the bank to obtain a bank draft but....I could have done this 2 days before had I been informed that a cheque is no good. More

I bought a new to me (2021) vehicle with the help of Dustin Liska and Orlando Alvarado beginning of September. To make a very long story short: 5-3 stars - My car was delivered with a mouse infestation Dustin Liska and Orlando Alvarado beginning of September. To make a very long story short: 5-3 stars - My car was delivered with a mouse infestation(11 babies, 1 mom, 3 nests.) This could have easily been caught with a quick look inside the vehicle prior to it leaving the lot as there were mouse droppings on my back seats at the time of delivery. This has left me seriously questioning the quality of the “inspection” performed on this vehicle before its sale - as these nests were not new. Ultimately my trust has been permanently wavered with this dealership. While they did finally agree to pay for the extermination and rental vehicle upon my request - I do feel that response was warranted considering the circumstances. It is worth mentioning however, that I was told I had to book the rental myself and I would be reimbursed - it has now been over 5 weeks and we have not seen any sort of reimbursement. 3-2 Stars - The communication between Orlando and myself or my husband was extremely poor and slow-moving. Often, it was us reaching out, sometimes multiple times, to get updates and seek resolution. More often than not; were we not responded to in a timely manner (sometimes days). Getting a resolution to my mouse infestation took about 48 hours and ultimately resulted in me finding my own rental, as well as my own Hazmat detailing shop. 2-1 Star - Empty promises. Dustin made many promises, none of which were followed through on. Examples: Interest rates, exterior paint scuff removal/interior detailing prior to delivery, time of delivery (my vehicle was delivered over 24 hours later than promised which is a fairly big deal when you don’t have a vehicle to drive.) 1-0 stars - Google won’t let me give 0 stars, otherwise I would have for the complete disappointment this entire experience has been. Buying a car, used or new - should be exciting and fun. It should not leave you frustrated, stressed, and feeling deflated. Vehicles are large “investments” and you should feel safe and comfortable with who you give your money to. If you are looking to purchase a safe & clean vehicle with a company who provides excellent customer service and good communication - Waterloo Ford is not your place. Personally, I will never be back; nor will any of my friends or family members.
