Just had my 2018 MKX windshield replaced and tailgate motor repaired, Great service. Waterloo Ford is completely dishonest. I left my summer tires with them for storage, and now they’re claiming I “picked them up at delivery.” That never happened. I’ve never seen or touche I left my summer tires with them for storage, and now they’re claiming I “picked them up at delivery.” That never happened. I’ve never seen or touched those tires since leaving them with this dealership. They have zero proof that I collected them. No paperwork. No signed release. No photo. Just their word — and their word is worth nothing. They’re brushing this off like it’s not their problem. If you’re thinking about trusting this place with your vehicle or your property, don’t. They lost my tires and are now trying to cover it up instead of making it right. More

Been a ford customer of 12 + years , by far the worst experience ive ever had at any dealership.. tried to purchase a truck and before it was ready for pickup they scratched the bumper and had to repair experience ive ever had at any dealership.. tried to purchase a truck and before it was ready for pickup they scratched the bumper and had to repair it.. delay after delay of when the truck would be ready started to make me feel as of their was more than just a scratch and something felt shady. I decided to cancel the deal as it was now a damaged truck that i had never even sat in. They canceled the truck but wouldnt refund my 5000$ ! Downpayment. Saying i had to pay for accesories installed on the truck... which might have been reasonable if they hadnt damaged it before completion of the deal..long story short this was a 5000$ lesson not to deal woth waterloo ford More
