This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this dealership. The latest was. I brought my car in for a 4 wheel alignment. And after a little over a year, it wore out the inside of the rear ti this dealership. The latest was. I brought my car in for a 4 wheel alignment. And after a little over a year, it wore out the inside of the rear tires, the same reason I brought the car in the first place. After checking the specifications on the paper, they gave me and looking underneath the car at the adjustment camber bolts. It's obvious that they didn't even make an adjustment. They charged me $220 said they did it and didn't do a d*** thing. And now I've lost another $400 pair of tires. A lot of the reviews here show this place has no integrity whatsoever and you can believe it More

They refused to return the ownership of my trade in until I agreed to only get half of my deposit back. I have advised many colleagues, neighbours and friends to stay away from these sheisters. More

Absolute ZERO after sales customer service. I ordered a 92k pick up. It came with a tonneau cover that was on back order. 1 year later, and I haven’t received it. Worst dealership ever. Bought a 2020 Traverse brand new. Before it even left the lot brought to the attention that something was wrong with the trunk was told no it was the new design. Got halfway home and Before it even left the lot brought to the attention that something was wrong with the trunk was told no it was the new design. Got halfway home and major squeaking coming from the back called the dealership from the car. They told me to bring it back the next day. Sure enough the inside of the trunk door popped off! They had to order a whole trim kit! While waiting for the trim kit a whole 5 months! We took it for its first oil change before Christmas before going to the cottage. After the oil change when backing up the back brakes squealed, was told they must have hit a brake pad. They would fix it when the trim kit came in. They fixed the door and brakes in Feb, and on the way home I stopped to pick up groceries and put them in the trunk and couldn’t shut the trunk! They broke the door! I finally was able to slam it shut with some help. I took it to the local dealership and they said it was completely off! They also looked at the brakes at the next oil change and said not only was I miss informed they did not hit a brake pad it was a recall but it was done properly and I was driving an unsafe vehicle! I called to speak to the Wallace service manager and he told me I was lying and there was no proof I even bought the traverse from them! I said I have the bill of sale! He told me to go fu** myself and hung up! I called GM as to this day my traverse is still not 100% and I have been told I am banned from the dealership! I am furious and want an explanation as to why a dealership that wrecked my car and a manager that is rude to me, bans me? Will never give this dealership money again and am seeking a lawyers opinion! More
My husband and I came to Wallace Chevrolet from Niagara Falls and had a wonderful employee named Brendan go above and beyond for us right from the get go. From the minute we emailed him to start our search Falls and had a wonderful employee named Brendan go above and beyond for us right from the get go. From the minute we emailed him to start our search he graciously and promptly answered all of our questions and requests. We never felt pressured to pursue anything without full disclosure and an honest opinion from Brendan and the staff. After our purchase Brendan continued helping us through a couple little problems we had without hesitation to really prove to us that we made the right decision to go to Wallace. All of the teams efforts were so appreciated and we are over the moon with our entire experience. Highly recommend the team at Wallace, and Brendan. Thank you so much! Alex and Neil. More

Horrible service. They don't return phone calls. Get different answers from everyone. Screen phone calls likely too. Made the trip to Milton a few times for them to fix a problem and they even said th different answers from everyone. Screen phone calls likely too. Beyond the call of duty! I had an engine light come on during the Covid-19 lockdown. I called 4 GM dealers for help. All said the best they could do was schedule an appointment for the following week - wi during the Covid-19 lockdown. I called 4 GM dealers for help. All said the best they could do was schedule an appointment for the following week - with no empathy for my potential crisis. Fair enough - these are extraordinary times. But Scott Richardson at Wallace was the exception. He made things happen - immediately!. He got me in right away, diagnosed the issue and resolved it, including communicating with another great GM dealer (Huron Motors) I had worked with earlier to get some background info to help resolve the issue. He did more than anyone else could do, more than he said he could do and charged me less than he said it would cost. I didn't know this kind of service still existed. Thanks to Scott - Wallace Chevrolet is my new dealer - and they're not even in my city. I didn't know Wallace (or Scott) before this experience. More
