First time service This was my first time using the dealership. From the first time I spoke with Mathew he suggested that I just have the car towed and that there was no This was my first time using the dealership. From the first time I spoke with Mathew he suggested that I just have the car towed and that there was no need to accompany the car. He listened to my concerns and confirmed that the technicians would identify the problem with the ETS warning. On the call back he explained the problem I had and what would be done to fix the problem. I was expecting the bill to be over $1000 but was pleasantly surprised that it would be around $500. When I asked about the price I was advised that the throttle unit just needed cleaning of the ETM. Thanks Mathew for the great service. More
