I thought he was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. When i picked it up, he went over all the controls and helped me set up the Volvo app. The only thing I would suggest, is that the service manager should be introduced to the buyer at the time of delivery. The service records (if available), maintenance requirements, and any other tips should be gone over at that time. I think this would help develop a positive relationship between the buyer and the service department. Dave More
Service staff are helpful and great but with a vehicle getting older I have tried several times to look at new or newer vehicles while I wait. The sales staff wont even get out of their seat and when I as getting older I have tried several times to look at new or newer vehicles while I wait. This is my first time to write a review, I am so upset with the deaIership's service! My radio and CD not working after the seat belt fastner recall work for 10 years old XC60, they said they did not touc with the deaIership's service! My radio and CD not working after the seat belt fastner recall work for 10 years old XC60, they said they did not touch anywhere else just under the seat, OK, I don't know anything about it, so not sure. And I had wind noise issue after they replaced the windshield because a flying stone hit the old one, the service manager arranged a reseal but the wind noise still there, then he asked to charge money for the diagnosis where is the wind shield come from ! What he is talking about, it is absolutely not fair to charge money to fix the issue from their inappropriate work! So disappointed, this is the service of Volvo dealership?! Update, the service manage arranged another shot to solve the wind noise issue without charge. Now I am happy the wind noise is gone and think the dealer is not a bad place to do service. More

Management is selfish and not customer oriented. Do not recommend purchasing or servicing vehicles at Volvo Oakville. Expect the worse if you require after sales service if you buy a used Volvo from this dealership! My father purchased a used S60, Gary was his best friend...until he needed help with servicing the car! you buy a used Volvo from this dealership! After buying an XC90 from Gary and Wasay (the manager), they did not include rubber floor mats. Upon numerous calls, emails and VMs, they never responded.
