Thank you for letting our sales manager Pat to discuss with you earlier this week after your recent new car acquisition experience, and we appreciate your complete understanding of the situation. It's possible that there were some cultural differences at play, and David might have come across as firmer and more direct in explaining the initial issue with the extended warranty cancellation. Additionally, there could have been a misunderstanding, and he might have meant that it was not possible for him to process the cancellation request on the weekend. We want to take this opportunity to assure you that we have successfully cancelled the extended warranty purchase as of July 31st, 2023. Since the financing process was already completed at the bank's end last week, we can only proceed with a manual reduction of your down payment for the refund and subsequently issue a refund cheque back to you, We want to also emphasize that your monthly payment and the term registered with the bank have not been altered in any way due to the same reason. Please accept my sincere apology for any inconvenience caused, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding in this matter.
