We connected on my 1st oil change and we continue to work together every time. It could not be any smoother. Andrei, the service agent I deal with listens when I talk and stays in contact . Tony the mechanic, I like to believe his MY mechanic always pays attention to all of the details. I go in I get to speak with him when there s a problem and it resolved in no time. My car is always left clean inside &I out. VW is lucky to have them as part u there team. The service department would not be the same with out them Thanks guys LyndaO. March 21.16 More
The service and body center made numerous errors A nightmare : started well with warranty body work done on rust. But they were supposed to do other work during the week I left it. Picked it up and the other work ( replacing window mechanism- which amounted to over $700 ) was not done / I was not even called about it - and they had been sloppy and oversprayed my door. I saw this as soon as I got there- and they didn't replace the car logos on the hatch ! So I called following Tuesday as I was expecting them to call me to bring it in - he said I had an appointment that day ! No one told me. So took it in following Thursday, went Thursday night to pick it up only to realize that someone had screwed the back hatch break light in too hard and broke it --( this was on the part that had been repainted due to rust). - and only one of two logos were put back on car ! Left car there ! friday after work picked up car. Only realizing after that they failed to reattach wire for electronic lock system in the door where they replace window mechanism--- ooof I am like who is doing this to me !!!!!!finally my husband took it in this morning and waited. I finally have my car back -----NEVER AGAIN ---- there is no one who does a final check on vehicles -- if there was this would not had been such an ordeal. More

crooks!!!! bought golf in 2009 with millage reversed. I changed timing belt at 200000 so when you buy a car at 40000km you think no one touched it before, and gu bought golf in 2009 with millage reversed. THE WORST SERVICE! BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT FOR REGULAR SERVICING AND HAD TO WAIT TWO WEEKS FOR THE APPOINTMENT. ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT WE TOOK IT IN EARLY MORNING BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT FOR REGULAR SERVICING AND HAD TO WAIT TWO WEEKS FOR THE APPOINTMENT. ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT WE TOOK IT IN EARLY MORNING (8:00 am)AS REQUESTED BY THE DEALERSHIP. WE WERE TOLD THE CAR WOULD BE READY AROUND 5:00 PM. SAME DAY. WE SHOWED UP AT 5:00 TO PICK UP THE CAR ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT IT NEEDS SOME WORK COULD WE BRING IT BACK ANOTHER DAY? HOW CRAZY IS THAT...NORMALLY A CAR DEALERSHIP CALLS YOU DURING THE DAY SO THE WORK CAN BE DONE BEFORE YOU PICK IT UP. ANOTHER APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN BOOKED AND ANOTHER DAY WITHOUT THE CAR. SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN HORRIBLE AT THIS LOCATION!!! More
These guys are clueless. Told me my car will be fixed These guys are clueless. Told me my car will be fixed in warranty and gave me a rental. Kept my car for a week. Gave me regular updates that part is These guys are clueless. Told me my car will be fixed in warranty and gave me a rental. Kept my car for a week. Gave me regular updates that part is ordered and keep using the rental. On the day of pickup, they come up with a bill. Oh you just went over warranty we didn't check. And best of it. The car wasn't fixed. So keep the rental. What clueless fools. When I asked him show me the part that was replaced, they couldn't. They just billed me for something and can't prove it was even replaced. Scammers they are. Beware! I went to them because they were close to home. I guess I need to find a new dealership. I wonder now whether they did my basic oil change correctly. More

I think the customer service at VW des Sources is NOT good. Just last week (June 2011) I had a bad experience with this dealership. I brought my car (Golf TDI 2010) with CEL (check engine light) on to good. Just last week (June 2011) I had a bad experience with this dealership. I brought my car (Golf TDI 2010) with CEL (check engine light) on to them, and at noon a service representative called me: "Car is ready, everything has been taking care of, the O2 sensor was replaced (I told them during our meeting that according to the error code P0136, the problem was related to emissions/oxygen sensors). The same evening the CEL came back. I double checked the code: still P0136 (by the way, in the tech`s report there was nothing about replacing any sensors, just "the car`s computer program got upgraded on-line"). I called in a day 2 times trying to get another appointment to have my car fixed, left a message to the same service rep, and they did NOT even bother to call me back. Finally I took an appointment with VW Centre-Ville. Meanwhile I love my Golf TDI and I hope to write a good reference about VW Centre-Ville. More
