Toni is an excellent technician who knows his stuff, he is an exceptional trouble-shooter, and will go without wasting to much time directly to the root cause of any problem including engine performance issues which includes engine emission systems. He took the time to explain the issue and as to what was causing the loss of engine performance and emission system no working as it should. I have full trust in his knowledge and honesty. Andrei on the other hand is extremely courteous, well organized and efficient; he really knows how to treat people with class. Toni and Andrei keep up the good work that you are both doing there are not too many people out there in the car industry that are honest as you both are, and take pride in what they do so well.
