At the time of purchase, the Golf R was only available by factory ordering, which took 4 months from order to delivery in my case. Mike was very helpful during the entire process and kept me informed with regular updates along the way. Mike is a genuine VW enthusiast and it comes across when talking with him. He made the car buying experience very enjoyable. When I'm talking with Mike it feels like a real conversation rather than talking with someone who is trying to sell me something. When I buy a new car I want to feel like I'm getting a fair deal and I want to enjoy the process; Mike checks both boxes. The last two Volkswagens I have purchased have been from Mike and I will not hesitate to go back to him when it's time for another one! More

We first saw Rob in the car promo videos he made and drove from London to sit down with him- and he did not disappoint! He made the process easy and painless! He took the time to understand exactly what we were each looking for- and he exceeded our expectations! He helped us get set up in our cars and even stayed after hours to make sure we were comfortable! He was full of useful information and even followed up after we took the cars home! The sales department went above and beyond my expectations. In purchasing my new Jetta I went through a period of indecision at which point was unable to complete the deal and had to cancel. When I returned a month later I was treated as a valued customer; the service was professional and the price was acceptable.
