I had the opportunity to work with Michael Raab at VW Waterloo after visiting a few other dealerships in town and Guelph. He by far was one of the nicest salespeople who came across trustworthy, not pushy and really just fun to purchase a car from. Instead of trying to make an extra buck from me, he looked at how he could get me the best deal and the experience was great. You could tell Mike has been doing this for a long time, his experience shows, and the customer service from the entire dealership including the finance rep I spoke with was above and beyond. I will 100% be going back to visit Mike when my wife and I are ready to replace our other car. Some people say its all about the price of the car you end up with, but through other friends horror stories of their experience, its worth going to see Mike, he focuses on more then just the bottom line, he wants you to be happy and walking away satisfied with your purchase.
