Terrible dealership. They do not help you when you need it. My wife and I have purchased four VW’s from them. Three were purchased from Mike Rabb who swallowed the Kool-A They do not help you when you need it. My wife and I have purchased four VW’s from them. Three were purchased from Mike Rabb who swallowed the Kool-Aid and provided no support on our latest purchase. False promises, lip service then radio silence. We had many issues with our 2024 Atlas that were ignored and were never corrected. The arrogance and lack of support from the dealership and Mike forced us to trade the Atlas in at 11,000 kms and purchase a new Lexus. If you are thinking of purchasing a VW from Waterloo VW or Mike Rabb, you may want to think twice! More

This is the second time I have bought my vehicle here and was given an answer that didn’t really make sense to me. 1) I have a 2019 atlas and it was losing antifreeze some were but not leaving any puddle und was given an answer that didn’t really make sense to me. 1) I have a 2019 atlas and it was losing antifreeze some were but not leaving any puddle under the car. I took it in to the deal and the service advisor looked at it not the mechanic. The answer I got was “ at night when it gets cool the antifreeze evaporates” so that’s why I had to add more antifreeze every 3 weeks. In all my life of all my vehicles and dump trucks I drive I have never had to add antifreeze because of “evaporation at night “ Took it back for the second time after talking to the service manager and they presser tested it like they should have in the first place. Turns out the water pump was leaking and running down the engine block and boiling off before hitting the ground. So 2 trips to the deal very frustrating. 2) I was getting a burning oil smell from the engine. They changed the valve cover gasket when they replaced the water pump because it was leaking.I had a service done in March and 4 months later I am smelling burning oil again.I checked the oil and it was down and I had to add 1 quart of oil to the engine. Took it to the dealer and the basically the answer I got was “ it’s normal for the vehicle to lose oil”. For a vehicle that is 4 years old I am pretty sure that this not normally!! They told me if I smell it again bring it back. I just get the feeling from this service department that if it’s under warranty they’re real not interested in repairing it. But if you are will to pay they will do whatever it takes to fix it. More
Service was very helpful when I brought my atlas in. I was just under my drivetrain warranty for mileage, but over in years. They helped me out with a large repair bill.
