I had the privilege of dealing with Michael, Justin, and Robyn when deciding on a new vehicle. I have always been blessed with my husband who took care of purchasing vehicles. My husband had passed away and Robyn when deciding on a new vehicle. I have always been blessed with my husband who took care of purchasing vehicles. My husband had passed away and this task became mine! A challenging decision for me as I had emotional ties to my vehicle at the time. I researched different models, options and came to a standstill many times. I needed a dealership that was going to be understanding, patient, and was not going to make me feel persuaded into purchasing something that was not suited for me. I truly thought it would be a dreadful experience, but I stand corrected. After talking with Michael and explaining my situation what models I liked, the options I would prefer he was kind enough to take the time to walk me through finding a vehicle that I would be comfortable driving. I say “kind enough” as this took weeks of his time of test driving different vehicles, taking a few days to think it over and coming back with the “likes / dislikes”, discussing options, changing models and repeating. Patience’s of a saint he has! Once I found the right fit for me (Atlas Cross Sport) I was then introduced to Justin. Once again extremely knowledgeable gentleman who walked me through my best options, always keeping my preferences in mind. I had the pleasure of meeting with Robyn for about 30 min who went through the final details of the paperwork. Robyn made my life easier by taking care of my insurance and ministry of transportation paperwork, was able to answer all my questions as well as any concerns I may have had at the time with ease. Without question I would recommend this dealership. Each team member that I personally delt with went above and beyond, for that I am thankful. More
My rating is based on buying a new 2021 Tiguan and subsequent treatment we received as problem started to appear in Tiguan's infotainment system. We bought the vehicle in September 2021 and after a fe subsequent treatment we received as problem started to appear in Tiguan's infotainment system. We bought the vehicle in September 2021 and after a few weeks, the infotainment started giving problems (i.e. won't turn on instantly and would go off/on). Since then we made 4-5 appointments but the issue remains. VW Waterloo provided us with a loaner on third appointment as they were waiting for a new part to come. However, the problem remains even though they replaced the part. Now we have been told that software needs to be updated and they don't know when that will happen. The frustrating thing is that they asked us to return the loaner car and provided with a rental sedan car. I have never driven a sedan before and informed VW Waterloo, however, they said either we had to accept sedan or drive Tiguan with malfunctioning infotainment. So frustrating. Why can't they provide with similar size of car? Whose fault is that the brand new car developed issues which have not been resolved despite several visits? More
