One word - Professionalism I bought the least expensive car on the lot - likely a trade-in vehicle. Yet the staff at VLCI greeted me at the door and treated me as if I was buyin I bought the least expensive car on the lot - likely a trade-in vehicle. I had left my drivers license at another dealer during a test drive there so I couldn't test drive the vehicle at VLCI that I was interested in. Any other dealer would have asked me to come back. VLCI had one of their staff drive me around so that I could at least hear the engine, feel the road, etc. Harris followed up with me the next day to ensure all my questions were answered. Subsequent communications with Harris were prompt and on point. I would buy my next car from VLCI - only it will be one of the more expensive ones. More

Finally... a dealership that employs people I can TRUST! It was an absolute please from start to finish dealing with this dealership. From when I first inquired on autotrader.ca, Rock was first to respond in It was an absolute please from start to finish dealing with this dealership. From when I first inquired on autotrader.ca, Rock was first to respond in a timely and very polite manner. From here on in, as I kept doing my online research and started a similar process with other dealerships is when it started to stand out just how DIFFERENT these guys are. Others didn't reply to my messages, or replied with insufficient details or not enough interest in my business, or me as an individual. When I'm buying a car I want people to get back to me quickly and efficiently (my time is very limited and sporadic.) I don't want to feel like I'm pulling teeth to get info about a car I'm interested in. Rock kept pace for me, in a friendly, but not pushy manner. That's sales talent, and customer-first mentality. The car itself was in immaculate condition, which was extremely important to me. The test drive was great, and was surprised to see that they even gave me a set of winter tires with rims on them! That was a nice bonus. Everyone at the place was super friendly, and they drove me to get coffee first, then lunch (even bought lunch for me!). Buying a car is a very special event, and they recognize and celebrate with you. Two different people came up and congratulated me and made me feel special about my purchase. And last but not least, Harris, the team leader - a gem of a human being. Super genuine, smart and open as a person. He pulled through on my financing, and while we were waiting, I got to learn a little more about the person leading this team. He truly loves his work, and is passionate about making people happy in their purchase. He got so excited that he jotted down the strategy this dealership employs, and what sets them apart for me. It really makes sense, and it starts with working with people from the very beginning (before they even get to the dealership.) Kudos to you for building such a fantastic team.
