This time around shopping for a car for all of April and May practically 3-4 days a week I was beginning to lose hope with the lack of integrity that the Used Car Market was offering for sale. Once I came across this Vehicle at VLCI I couldn't really believe that a wonderful sales rep introduced me to the 5series I just couldn't pass up. The color didn't match, the options were decent but the level of service and competence of the staff I found to be way above par... Stephanie was a true professional on all 3 visits and has since kept in touch after taking delivery of the vehicle. Good Customer Service, a rarity for today's car buyers I worked with Stephanie Wilbur to purchase my 2011 golf gti. I had a wonderful experience working with Stephanie. I was somewhat undecided when I firs I worked with Stephanie Wilbur to purchase my 2011 golf gti. I had a wonderful experience working with Stephanie. I was somewhat undecided when I first contacted the dealership a week prior to my visit since I was awaiting my current vehicle, which was under a lease to be transferred. Stephanie contacted me to follow up several times and this was good because I was able to appraise her of the ongoing developments with my lease transfer. Unfortunately, my lease transfer didn't go as planned and I was stuck with the car. I didn't want to tell Stephanie this over the phone and went in person to explain the situation and was going to inform her that I would not be able to take the car. After discussions and an initial review of my vehicle, the dealership took my car, paid me a fair price and settled the existing lease thereby allowing me to take ownership of the golf gti. It's a pity I had not thought of this before since I could have been in the golf gti much sooner. Nowadays, it is commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough of a good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesman like Stephanie Wilbur delivers an incredible service and a very pleasant experience. She made me feel comfortable at the showroom, showed me around and guided me through each step of the process. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience to date. The vehicle was spotless and exactly as advertised and competitively priced - they even allowed me to use their in-office computer to price shop other dealer's pricing on-line.
