Harris was very thorough and pleasant with the business side of the transaction as well. About a month after purchase I took the vehicle for the compulsory E test and it failed. Jonathan and the team diagnosed and corrected the problem for me at no charge. In addition the starter failed at the same time and VLC replaced it at no cost. We wanted to view this car on a Saturday as we live quite a distance from Markham. The Saturday was Canada Day and the dealership was closed. Chris took time out of his personal day along w Harris to come open the dealership to test drive the car, and everything worked out so well that we bought it the same day. Our schedule was getting tight and we were getting ready to leave for vacation. My appointments were not allowing me to get out to Markham to pick up the car, so this fantastic dealership had Victor deliver the car right to my front door.
