We were in the market for a low milage, meticulously maintained Bmw M3 that we could use as a summer car and replace my 2015 Suzuki M109r. The car in person was even more beautiful then in pictures which is very rare as most of the time pictures are deceiving. We were greeted by Jonathan when we walked in and were free to look the car over. We sat down with Omid to go over pricing and Omid showed intrest in our trade in and offered us a great price which I was not expecting. The service was professional, no pressure, no attempt at confusing me with numbers or attempts at pressuring me into buying it. We took the car for a relaxed and proper test drive including hopping on the 407 which allowed us to see exactly how the car performed, which of course was as expected, amazing! We purchased the car and set up a delivery date for the car and also a pickup of my motorcycle. We bought the car on Saturday and the delivery day was set for Tuesday at 4:30pm. Fast forward to Tuesday, Jonathan arrived at our house with the car in an enclosed trailer as promised at 4:26pm! They unloaded the car, and loaded up my bike. All paper work was taken care of! I am not easily satisfied, and expect a lot when making a large purchase. I hve purchased 4 new cars, and 2 new motorcyles to date, and have not had anywhere near as perfect of an experience as I have with Omid and Jonathan. Extremely helpful and professional. Dealerships have a dissapointing atmosphere where they seem like vultures trying to force you into purchasing anything. Not with Village cars. Proper service! You message them for whatever reason, and you get an immediate response. Buying your dream car should be a joyful, relaxed and exciting experience. And that is exactly what I got!
