Saw Something Nice, Very Nice Experince, Extreamly Nice Ride I found my car via AutoTrader and promptly Harris has emailed me back and was very nice and welcomed me to come down to the dealership. When I was there, he showed me everything, took me for a test drive and was very paitent with me. At first I wasn't so sure if I am interested in the deal, but he was not pushy or hard selling, he was just listening to me and was trying to bring point of views I didn't think of. In the end I decided to get the car, he made sure the process was smooth and easy, he also accommodate my special requests and a couple of minor things came up after the purchase and he agreed to have it repaired at no cost to me to make me a HAPPY Client, he did 10/10 in my opinion! They were very accommodating and they weren't pushy at all. We didn't get the car right away but I kept in touch with Harris and through a few texts we were able to have a discussion. This was actually amazing because it shows how the dealership and its team is accommodating while they break the norm of every other dealership that has not time for you unless you come in. My father was really pleased with the service and the car. We went through the warranty options and again we were allowed to take some time to reflect on it and we ended up going for it. I will for sure be looking at my next car from VIllage Luxury Cars! More
