Keith was very friendly and had a vast amount of product knowledge on Honda Civics of all years and the incremental improvements Honda has made with each new year. I've now got my heart set on a 2016 Blue Civic with all the latest features. Hopefully Honda Canada gets it on the Production Line soon. Steve More

Service visit I recently took my car in for a scheduled service appointment. Check in was fast and the vehicle was finished by the stated time. My service rep was very informative about what service would be required next and when that would be. I left feeling satisfied and really loved the car coming back washed as well. Thanks Wendy More
Thanks to Murray Murray made sure that this time the problem with the signal light would be taken care of. On a previous appointment and dealing with a different servi Murray made sure that this time the problem with the signal light would be taken care of. On a previous appointment and dealing with a different service advisor, I was told that this might not be covered by the warranty. When the car was checked out, I was told that there was no problem. When I still could not cancel the signal light on several occasions I went back to a different service advisor and insisted that this time that the problem would be fixed. Again I was told that there was no problem & consequently it could not be fixed. However I insisted that the problem be fixed and consequently a new switch was installed. Unfortunately, the problem persisted and occasionally I could not cancel the signal light. This time Murry on his own promised to get to the bottom of the problem. Now it was discovered that a small part on the steering wheel is bent and a new part has been ordered. More
