Service visit I recently took my car in for a scheduled service appointment. Check in was fast and the vehicle was finished by the stated time. My service rep was very informative about what service would be required next and when that would be. I left feeling satisfied and really loved the car coming back washed as well. Thanks Wendy More
Thanks to Murray Murray made sure that this time the problem with the signal light would be taken care of. On a previous appointment and dealing with a different servi Murray made sure that this time the problem with the signal light would be taken care of. On a previous appointment and dealing with a different service advisor, I was told that this might not be covered by the warranty. When the car was checked out, I was told that there was no problem. When I still could not cancel the signal light on several occasions I went back to a different service advisor and insisted that this time that the problem would be fixed. Again I was told that there was no problem & consequently it could not be fixed. However I insisted that the problem be fixed and consequently a new switch was installed. Unfortunately, the problem persisted and occasionally I could not cancel the signal light. This time Murry on his own promised to get to the bottom of the problem. Now it was discovered that a small part on the steering wheel is bent and a new part has been ordered. More

Service rep was unfamiliar with customer service practices, left me sitting in the dealership for 5 hours with no updates until I inquired. Came back from lunch and luckily service Rep Kate(?) took over- she's great. However, still had to leave the car and return the next day. Inquired about a new Pilot in the showroom, got the cold shoulder. Too bad Paul Brant was away, he has sold us 4 cars. Will be moving dealerships for service and purchase of a new pilot. Pretty disappointed in the lack of car and attention. It's nice you have the Keurig but I'd rather you pay attention to the quality of your training in new hires. Bring Obe back, he's a prime example of how you guys should be dealing with customers, iris is also awesome. Too bad about this but Honda West here we come! More
