Honda Service Brought my vehicle in first thing in the AM for an oil change. While checking in, Heather asked me if I would like to wait for my vehicle (which I hav Brought my vehicle in first thing in the AM for an oil change. While checking in, Heather asked me if I would like to wait for my vehicle (which I have never been asked), and that it would be about an hour. True to her word, in just over an hour, she came out with my keys and my vehicle was washed and ready to go. All in all, this was a great service visit. Absolutely AMAZING I went in with what I suspected was a punctured tire. I had filled it with air and it seemed to be ok, but I could hear a hissing sound. When I got t I went in with what I suspected was a punctured tire. I had filled it with air and it seemed to be ok, but I could hear a hissing sound. When I got there I had no appointment but Raymond NG at the service desk came out right away to take a look, he was amazing. He looked at my van, filled the tire and noticed right away that there was a slow leak. He got my van in, fixed and out in less than an hour. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He made what could have been a very stressful morning turn into a great day. Could not have asked for a better place to take my van.
