There is no free oil changes for life. It's a scam. Each time you leave there, you're out hundreds of $$. Please do not go to this dealership, they lied to my face, made mistakes on my vehicle and then offered me a lifetime of free oil changes…. xxxxxxxx! Today I went to another service centre, only to find face, made mistakes on my vehicle and then offered me a lifetime of free oil changes…. xxxxxxxx! Today I went to another service centre, only to find out that they made a mess of the undercarriage and skid plate…. I don’t ever want to go to that place again, even though it’s their fault, I’m weary of what else they might do to mess up my car. They misdiagnosed my car, tried to offer me 10% off if I got the repairs done right away, after two other inspections their findings were completely false. Finding honest good service for your vehicle shouldn’t be this frustrating. Please think twice before going there, it’s not worth the hassle, don’t believe anything they say about the platinum membership, it’s all lies. I just hope their parting gift/mess up doesn’t cost me too much. More

First I bought used 2008 Honda Accord from them and they gave me their Loyalty Card/Membership Card for free lifetime Oil Changes. When I asked them, sales man and even manager confirmed that no matter what, I won't be charged for any of the OIL Change. Guess what- I brought the car in when due and they said-"Oh! according to your mileage, your car is due B Service, it will just take little longer". I waited like a fool in their waiting area and then was handed over the bill in excess of $250. When I asked for what? Their answer is - "Oh, as you know it was a B Service, so, we did not only did Oil change, but also, did full inspection, Tire rotation, brake inspection (Like it isn't included in Full inspection) and Thorough check up of everything and then labor cost. So that's why you have to pay that much, as you can see we didn't charge you for Oil change". Like what the F, you are charging me in excess of $250 just to look at everything and then rotating the tires I already replaced? That day forward, I never went back to them for their crappy service and overcharging and ripping the pocket strategy. 2nd time, I went in to buy Ford Taurus they had. They started B.S again for their great and changed service department and again gave me their Crappy Platinum card for free Oil Change. When I told them about my last experience, they said, no we don't do that now and many things have changed over the years, so we are sure you will enjoy your experience this time. Which I doubted but trusted the words of Manager and sales guy. Which was my 2nd mistake. Went in to do the Oil change, and same story happened again. Oh, do you think we will do the oil change free of cost, when you are not going to get your tires rotated from us and inspection done from us? You need to pay $110, just for Oil change. and then you also need to wait like 3-4hrs as well. Talking out of my experience now, if you hear PLATINUM card from this dealership for Life time of OIL Changes, RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. When I asked about the sales guy who sold me the car at front Desk, 3 girls standing there didn't knew him and then 1 of the girl said- "Oh, I see, I do remember. And started laughing that he left and he has his own business". Like seriously, that's they way you act? Who hired you for this Job? He seriously needs to get out of the door in first place. Bought cars from many other dealerships and experience is much better, WORST DEALERSHIP ever and will talk people away from going in there and getting scammed with their lies. Just check their Indeed reviews, employees will tell you their real story and fish marketing of increasing profits with every hook and crook. More
Had a great experience at Village Honda. Excellent job at sanitizing the vehicles before the test drive. Dave was very knowledgeable about the different vehicles I was looking at. Dave Sawyer from the sales department was able to surprise me even more with an irresistible deal in place of my old car. I left on a 2020 Honda CR-V and I am happy with the purchase. More
