Village Honda

Unfortunately I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. I would be very weary of purchasing a used vehicle from here, we purchased a 2019 Honda odyssey as we needed more space to accommodate our g anybody. I would be very weary of purchasing a used vehicle from here, we purchased a 2019 Honda odyssey as we needed more space to accommodate our growing family, when we went to pick up the vehicle to drive home the battery wasn’t working, we should have probably taken this is a bad sign but we were assured (lied to) that there was a brand new battery put in the vehicle, and they were extremely apologetic as that was obviously very concerning on our first day with our decently new van. We had purchased the van in September and in November, December, January we had over 20 instances of having to reboot our battery. It was so bad that we actually had to purchase a portable booster, we called the dealership finally and inquired wether they would, on good faith, do anything about this, I talked to Akhil ( not sure if this is the correct spelling) and not only was he rude and completely nonchalant, but it was confirmed that they never put in a new battery (we were straight up lied to about this) and that if we wanted to they would take a look at the issue but it would be of normal cost. Basically they were of no help, and weren’t even apologetic about this issue. I wonder about their sincerity and integrity, considering they not only lied to us but they are not willing to do anything to help us with our battery. We now have to continue to have a relationship with this dealership as part of our contract was free oil changes for life despite the fact that I plainly don’t trust them and think their way of handling this situation has been pretty disappointing to say the least. Avoid if you can. More

Went shopping for a new civic. The only dealership in western canada that was willing to order my civic at MSRP and do a cash deal was Village Honda. Lee is well informed about the vehicle and I found he is easy to deal with and willin in for my 2nd 2024 CRV Hybrid from Lee Gogel at Village Honda. We loved the vehicle buying experience however some information presented was false. Like the open trunk button doesn't work with the passport we purchased. Plus we said no to the 700 concierge charge and he wouldn't reverse. After complaining to manager, he refunded back to the bank but we would have loved to see our bill less by $800. Tires were pretty bald as well. Part of wood. Always profits first. I bought my daughter a car and they weren't the ones that came to mind first. Aside from recall work, we won't be using their service either as they are so rude. More
