Worst customer service I've had. I wish I have a compliment to share for this dealership but I don't. Starting of with the salesman I worked with, Marvin, he didn't have a good kn I wish I have a compliment to share for this dealership but I don't. Starting of with the salesman I worked with, Marvin, he didn't have a good knowledge to offer in advertising the car I chose to purchase which was the 2016 Honda Accord coupe. I had to ask things to reassure the things I already know about the car instead of him feeding me informations of what the vehicle offers, its features and such (because that's what a salesman should be doing). Now, I purchased a demo car because he said that was the only available car they had for what specifics I asked for (v6 and standard). It wasn't ideal for me to get a demo car BUT he PROMISED he will get me a good discount , to be specific $800 off the car (which I didn't get in the end upon reviewing the price breakdown). Also I noted the rock chips on the hood and he PROMISED he will get it fixed like it's not there. I show up the day of signing paperworks to finalize things and I looked at the rock chips were only touch-painted and not professionally done meaning I can see the rock chips easily. This is when the sales manager showed up and told me, "you can sign the papers today and come back whenever you can we will fix the rock chips like it wasn't even there." And for the meantime they gave me a loaner when I did that. Now let me tell you, I purchased/signed the vehicle on November 19,2016 and gave the car back for repair November 23,2016. From then on, I dealt with empty promises, lies, excuses and just plain unprofessionalism with Marvin but mostly with the sales manager, Jason. Marvin was gone for vacation so I had to deal the situation with his manager. I never once got a call from him for updates, I was the one who kept calling because it's been more than 2 weeks of waiting. Jason just keeps telling me that they weren't even suppose to be doing or dealing this since it's a demo car. Which I'm completely aware of but since your salesman's lack of knowledge of course he promised me to get it fixed and Jason also followed that promise with his own to have it fixed. So I don't need to be told that they're already spending money on my car because that's not my fault! Also Jason told me he will speak to the GM about this and call me back and I found out when I finally spoke to the GM that was a lie because he didn't even know what's going on or that my situation was happening. I've also counted how many times (3 times) Jason told me he will call me back and he NEVER CALLED ME BACK. That itself is very unprofessional. They completely just lost their customer service because deal was done they got my money already right? Finally I got in touch with the General Manager, Barry and since then he dealt with my situation and Jason never spoke to me again. So I purchased the car on November 19th 2016 and I just got my car back on the January 13th, 2017. Did not have the car I purchased for Christmas nor for New Years. The experience was literally ruined and I was honestly not excited anymore with my car, even forgot the feeling of just buying a car because I had driven the loaner which was a civic for almost 2 months. I did not get anything to come along with my purchase but all season matts, cargo tray, frustrations, disappointment and lastly a whole lot of regret in buying a car in this dealership. I also need to mention that the 3m on my car was poorly done; with bubbles and a smudge of dirt inside the 3m and with less than a month of driving my car the 3m came off just at the corner of my front bumper. Thanks a lot for completely nothing! More

We brought the car in for repairs just a few days after talking to Tong, not like some repair places that take weeks before they can fit you in. My car looks great and we are very happy with the service we received. We felt like valued customers. More

They still have a $2,000.00 deposit they owe me. Rude and Unprofessional Person at Village Honda I will agree with the other reviewer - This guy is rude and just unprofessional. Just putting on a grey suit does not make him a professional. He needs to change his attitude and the way he talks with the customer. So, I strongly think he needs customer service training and needs to act as an employee. He acts like a dealership owner but in reality, he is just another employee who makes money from customers. I wish I was able to give him no star out of five because I was completely disappointed with this guy - I just found him useless. Managers from other dealership are quite personable and listen to the customers. I found Jason to be quite arrogant and rude. If you can't make a deal, tell the customer in a polite way rather being rude and unprofessional. More

Love my HRV I went in for an oil change on my 2008 Civic and the waiting room was ful so I grabbed a coffee and headed to the showroom to look at the cars. Omar g I went in for an oil change on my 2008 Civic and the waiting room was ful so I grabbed a coffee and headed to the showroom to look at the cars. Omar greeted me right away and asked me what I was interested in and I explained I was interested in trading up to the HRV. He asked if I would like to go for a test drive and he explained all the features quite thoroughly. When I told him I would be back later that day he was available to set me up with Vince to discuss what I could afford and I was approved within the next day and was able to trade my Civic in which was hard to say goodbye to. However, I was quite impressed with how fast it all happened and that they put on complimentary snow tires and loaded my summer tires in my new HRV when I went to pick it up! Quite happy with Omar and Vince's professional and personable service. I highly recommend them. Thanks for everything!! More

He is very professional in all that he does and is a really nice guy This is our 6 th Honda that we have either leased or purchased. We will defiantly buy or lease again from them. Gerry wood the owner is a quality person and one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Jason the sales manger took time to talk to us and explain to us the deals that were available. He is very good at his job. Vincent and wil in the finance explained to my wife and I clearly the terms of our deal and it was perfectly clear and answered all our questions. They were very professional and friendly .. More
