Very disssapointed in the service I recently purchase a 2013 Honda Accord, when I rent to pick up the salesperson who originally sold me the vehicle was sick and was not able to the ha I recently purchase a 2013 Honda Accord, when I rent to pick up the salesperson who originally sold me the vehicle was sick and was not able to the hand off, t me. After waiting around for 20 minutes they finally found a salesperson to help me out, which unfortunately I don't know is name. He was not very helpful in giving me instruction on how all the features worked, he seemed more in rush to get me out of there, luckily it came with a manual so I could read up on it and figure thing out myself. My biggest complaint is I was provided with only 1 key fab when I picked it up, and when I asked about the 2nd set, I was told that it came in with only 1 and that if I wanted a second one I would need to go order one from a Honda dealer, so i guess they are NOT a Honda dealership, at my own expense. Sorry but to me that is not an acceptable response, all vehicle should come with 2 sets, what If i loose it or the battery dies in the fab I cannot even drive it to get or order a new fab, so then the car would be useless to me at that time. I already address my concern with the sales team at Honda Village and Matt the original salesman, when they email me asking if I was satisfied with there service, it's been a week now and have not received any response from the sales team, Matt did contact by text advising that there was nothing he could do so, obviously the sales team don't care about my concerns. I will take care of it myself now and go to another Honda dealership, as Honda Village obviously don't care. So I would not recommend this dealership to anyone as the sales team do not seem to care about the service provided after the final sale is done. More

Great, efficient service! After getting the run-around from another dealership, it was so refreshing to work with Samir and Lana at Village Honda. Samir showed us the cars tha After getting the run-around from another dealership, it was so refreshing to work with Samir and Lana at Village Honda. Samir showed us the cars that we asked to see and didn't try to show or sell us a car that we either weren't interested in, or couldn't afford. He also worked hard to get us a value for our trade in that we could live with. Lana explained all of the numbers to us, and when we had questions, she made herself available to answer everything for us. Lovely! We will definitely be recommending Village Honda to our friends. VERY Impressive Mechanical Services Dept In April 2017, I had gone to other garages to fix a 'stalling problem' on my 2006 Odyssey, an impressive piece of Honda automotive engineering. After In April 2017, I had gone to other garages to fix a 'stalling problem' on my 2006 Odyssey, an impressive piece of Honda automotive engineering. After spending $1,000 on repairs that did nothing to resolve the issue, I wrote to Village Honda's Service Dept. with my dismay as to why my Van could not be fixed. To my surprise, I received an immediate eMail from the Director of Services, Jeff Glover, advising me that they could fix the stalling issue, and even provide me with a loaner. I showed up the next day and the Service Manager, Gord Niwa, took the time needed to review what the problem was, and asked that I leave the vehicle so it can be repaired and road tested under various conditions. Kate Fletcher, Customer Service Advisor, regularly kept me informed on progress, and when Village Honda was satisfied that the Odyssey was repaired, I picked it up. I waited a week before writing a Review, because I didn't think this problem could really be fixed, but it was! I drove it for a week in all weather conditions and no stalling! As an added bonus, they even gave me a fair price for the repair work. About Village Honda: I've dealt with several Auto Dealers in greater Calgary, you feel like you're entering a Costco, where you immediately feel like a "number", and lacking total personalized service. Village Honda "IS" different, you get that "personalized service" from the Parts Dept. to the Service Shop, the Service Manager is easily accessible, and not stationed in a secluded area like other Dealerships. The Waiting-Room is furnished with tables and chairs and staff to look after your needs. Their Shuttle Service has punctual and friendly Drivers (I was chauffeured by 3 different drivers). Five-Stars from me ***** I was treated First-Class. There's nothing that could have been done to make my experience any better than it was. Thank you Village Honda Jean Luc Emond More

Mr Brandt. Mr. Brandt ushered me into his office and put me at my ease(car buying being the pressure cooker experience). He obviously knew his product information. I left his office with the feeling that he was my friend and I had known him for years. He offered me coffee and after the preliminary paper work introduced me to Ms.Kendrick,the Financial Service rep. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease though she was about to take my money. She explained the various additional options that were available to me and helped me choose best for me. She was very professional but still made me feel at home. The overall experience of buying your product was friendly without pressure. More
