I’ll start out by saying when buying a new vehicle I already have my guard up as I don’t trust a car salesmen as far as I could throw one. I’ve bought many new cars and trucks in my 35 years of driving already have my guard up as I don’t trust a car salesmen as far as I could throw one. I’ve bought many new cars and trucks in my 35 years of driving and to honest I’ve never had a dealer or sales person I’d go back to until now! I went to 4 dealers in and around Durham looking to trade in my 2017 Ram Sport for a new 2022 Sport. They have a $3000 loyalty discount on new trucks for current owners and all three other dealers were telling me I don’t qualify because my truck was paid off in full! How does that make any sense? Village right away said you do qualify for the discount and was also offering $4500 off the sticker price of the new truck. Now time to get a fair price on my trade in. We were a thousand dollars apart and they gave me the extra thousand and took it out of the profit they made off the sale of the new truck. We were dealing with Darren and Derek, both were great to deal with and delivered on everything they promised. Said the new truck would be ready on Sat and it was. When we went in to sign the paperwork no one tried to upsale me anything nothing I hate more is when dealers try to sneak in hidden fees like tire warranty and fob protection and extended warranty without asking their customers. Village was up front about everything and no hidden fees. So far I’m thinking I like this dealership and these two guys. We go out inspect the new truck it’s beautiful and everything was clean and shiny and ready for my plates and the ride home. While putting on the back plate I noticed there was no hitch receiver on the truck. The listing on the dealers website stated hitch reciever and trailer sway control. Darren and I went in and talk to Derek and he checked the dealers site where it clearly stated hitch reciever. They apologized and offered to install it right away on the spot! Wow that’s customer service. I had another appointment and couldn’t wait around. They booked me in two days later and installed the hitch. It took longer then they original thought and offered me a ride home so I didn’t have to sit at the dealership for three hours. The shuttle driver sorry I forgot your name was friendly, really nice guy and was a joy to drive with. Two hours later they called and said my truck would be ready in 30 min and asked if I’d like them to come get me now so by the time I get there my truck will be ready. When I got to the dealer my truck was sitting in the service bay all done and ready to go. If you’re like me and are sick and tired of dealers with shady sales people who act like they’re doing you a favourite and giving you discounts when all they’re really doing is just moving the numbers around then check this dealer out. They listen, do their best to give you want you ask for and want you to leave with a smile on your face which my wife and I did. I’ll definitely be back in 4 or 5 years when it’s time to trade this one in. I’m hoping Darren and Derek are still there! Thanks for the great service. To all the other dealers and sales people out there reading this you should spend some time at this dealership and see how customers should be treated! More
This has been the worse customer service I’ve ever received ever from any sales people ever first off car wasn’t ready for pick up on the day they said it would be finally after getting the car late a received ever from any sales people ever first off car wasn’t ready for pick up on the day they said it would be finally after getting the car late a week later engine issues I take it to local shop they tell me what’s wrong I contact jim and Tyrone with information they say bring it in and we will look at it and all they do is say ya that’s what it needs after driving to the dealership they say sorry not helping hit the road basically so I fix one issue and then the car gets even worse call them I say what’s going on bring it back they give me rental car and say sorry we will look at car again fast forward another week get call saying they aren’t fixing the car it’s not worth it all the whole never telling me what’s actually wrong with car so they are giving me my money back go Friday to sign papers and get belongings from car and Jim the used car sales manager says cheque will be ready Tuesday I call today Tuesday to confirm and bam guess what sorry it’s not ready it will be Friday now after I took the afternoon off to drive an hour to get the cheque this happened been the worse communication and worse overall service I’ve ever received everyone do themselves as favour and steer clear More

I came in for an oil change last Friday. It was pretty last minute but they booked me an appointment for only a couple hours ahead of time which I thought was nice. Jethro was my service advisor when I ar last minute but they booked me an appointment for only a couple hours ahead of time which I thought was nice. Jethro was my service advisor when I arrived. He suggested I do a fuel injector cleaning as it has never been done. I agreed to do it as I thought it would be beneficial. Of course this would add time but they were very quick with my truck. Jethro and I then spoke about other services I should be doing soon which I will be coming back to these guys for. I had a lot of questions about when I should be doing certain things on the truck and Jethro was very patient and informative. Good service is often overlooked and people talk about more about the bad than the good. I think that Jethro and whoever else was involved with my service should be recognized as it was a very good experience. More

The service manager acts like it's your fault the car hasn't been repaired properly , the workmanship is shady at best , they charge you and tell you the car has been repaired , yet i didn't get out of the parking before i noticed nothing has been done to correct the problems .a waste of time and money . DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP ! More

Sean helped us find our car and didn't try to push any extras onto us he was honest with us which certainly helped .Thanks for taking the time to spend with us Sean,I know that we took up a fair chunk of your day ! 2 years in a row - last year brought in my Dodge Durango for oil change, change to winter tires and other annual tuning up. Picked it up and when I got home, my spare key fob which was perfectly fine that for oil change, change to winter tires and other annual tuning up. Picked it up and when I got home, my spare key fob which was perfectly fine that morning was not working anymore. Went back to dealership and they said i need a new one - cost me $200+. This year, brought in the Durango for oil change, etc. Just before picking it up, I got a call and they said the halogen headlamp was busted. What???? It was working when I brought it in! Cost me $$$ again! Like others, I've been a long time customer but will never step foot here again. Something is just not right. More
