Liars, dont trust them So my wife and I bought this used 2014 Rogue SV from them in late 2016, and don't get me wrong I love the vehicle but the lies they tell you there is So my wife and I bought this used 2014 Rogue SV from them in late 2016, and don't get me wrong I love the vehicle but the lies they tell you there is ridiculous. I do have to say that Ariel Maudi our sales consultant was excellent. When we went in to look at the vehicle, we were told by the Ariel that with the promotion they had on at the time that we would be getting not only the all season tires that were on the vehicle but also winter tires and winter rims and he verified this with Ryan Pastenik the General Manager. This was very important to us since the car we were trading in had both sets as well. At that time we were also told that seasonal tire rotation was free of charge. It was also written into the contract and signed by the Used car manager Fawza Azhar. We went through the financing department, egotistical A$$hat, Egilio Marino. Man that guy is full of himself. My wife and I have excellent credit and he made us feel like we shouldn't even be on the lot due to the fact that we were buying a used car and not a new one. He said he would try to get us the best rate possible. We had already been pre approved through our bank at 1.5% interest. He came back and said that the best he could get us through their financing companies, one of which was our bank was 3.25% and showed us the paperwork to back it up.. We called him on it immediately and showed him our paperwork. Then he corrected himself stating that he gave us someone else's paperwork and then kept talking about how rough it was dealing with them. Professionalism??? Not to mention he showed us some of the other customers files he had on his desk with their names and personal and banking information on it. Privacy laws infraction there big time. Needless to say we got the financing taken care of at the appropriate rate. When we went to pick up the Rogue, it only had the all season tires on it. When we questioned them about it they said they were waiting on the winter tires to come in. 2 weeks later we called back and they said they still didn't have them. About a week after that we got a call back stating that the tires were in and that we could come down any time for them to be put on the car. When we got there, the tires were there but no winter rims, early November at this time and snow on the way. We asked about the rims and they said that they weren't part of the deal. We referred them to the contract stating wheels and rims, they disagreed with that and said that they would never have agreed to that. Then the infighting in the dealership started between Ryan Pastetnik, Fawaz Azhar and Tim Penner (the Vice President). Each were adamant that their department was not going to pay for the rims. After the infighting went on for about a half hour I just happened to mention something about a contract they had signed and a lawyer, then the fighting stopped. They ordered my rims for me the same day. I got the rims almost 3 weeks later and then they wanted to charge me for the mounting of the tires on the rims and also for putting them on the car. Once again I mentioned lawyer, thing s got done quickly. Now twice a year I go there to have my tires rotated from winter to summer and summer to winter. On their website when it comes booking service they have it all laid out nicely with the service and the price, you click on the box and its done, select a time and you get an email confirmation that the appointment is set. I clicked on the services section and there are your options. I clicked on the one that says INSTALL SUMMER TIRES - ALREADY ON RIMS - there is no charge listed on here but there is on every other selection available. I was thinking ok, no charge since I got that done free of charge at Canadian Tire since I bought my tired from my old vehicle there. The appointment was set for April 28th at 9am and got there at 8:45am. Went into the shop area to drop off my keys and told them I had a 9am appointment and was told that it would be $45 for the tire rotation and that they would not be able to get my car in for at least another 1 3/4 to 2 hours. Service advisor Mark Malahia was extremely rude when I asked about why the almost 2 hour delay when I had a 9am appointment. There were 2 other cars on the lot waiting to get in as well. I had checked with them as well, they had appointments after mine. What's the point of making an appointment if they wont honor it???? The shop hours on their website specifically state 9am for Saturdays. They started giving me a hard time so I just told them to give me my keys back. Got back into my car, went over to Canadian Tire that's less than 5 minutes away from the dealership, they looked up my phone number in their system, noticed I had a new vehicle, I even told them that I hadn't purchased these tire from them, they said no problem. They had my car in their bay within 10 minutes of it being on the lot, and changed out the tires. Told the Manager there what had happened at the dealership, he gave me his business card, tore up my invoice gave me my keys back. Told me no charge. Now that's customer service from Canadian Tire. Too bad I cant say the same from Vickars Nissan on Regent. Good sales team (Ariel Maudi), poor service from upper management (Ryan Pastetnik and Fawza Azhar), poor service from Finance department (Egilio Marino) and no service from service department (Mark Malahia). Unlike the rest of the The only reason this review has 2 stars is because the salesman, Carson was awesome. He was incredibly friendly and helpful.... Unlike the rest of the staff there. I was told via text after emailing to inquire about a 2010 VW Tiguan to come down and meet with Fawaz. When I arrived I asked for him and he said fairly annoyed that I was not there to see him, thankfully Carson came up to me and helped me out, but the initial greeting from Fawaz was terrible. We loved the vehicle, however I knew that the price on the vehicle was well above what it should have been (considering we found a 2012 Tiguan, $3000 less with 20,000 more kms, albeit fwd instead of the AWD of the 2010... And the 2012 came with 2 sets of tires.). My fiance tried to reason with them and they were condescending. We live 30 mins outside of the city, and I work across the city from the dealership. They kept asking us to come down and meet with them for no reason, wasting our time and gas. My fiance was ready to take the plunge on the vehicle as he wanted AWD... But I really felt incredibly uneasy about the whole deal. The vehicle was sent to a Volkswagen dealership to have recall issues fixed and they've been xxxxxxx us around on when the vehicle would be ready to pick up, with us coming down every day this week, wasting our time, with no answers. We then met with the finance manager egilo or whatever his name is.... He was egotistical, condescending and made me incredibly uncomfortable. All he wanted to do was talk about himself... Dude we don't give a xxxx about your fancy xxx car, we get it you're a shark who makes a xxxx ton of money. Anyways, he pulled up my credit score and belittled me about how it wasn't great blah blah blah... Meanwhile I make payments on time and have probably missed one payment ever.... Yes I have student loans, but who doesn't? And did the same to my fiance, who's score isn't great but that's beside the point. He told us he would get back to us today in regards to the application, but did not despite my fiance reaching out to him via email. I had incredible anxiety thinking I would never be approved. Today my fiance and I stopped in at the dealership that had the 2012 VW Tiguan... And man what a difference. They were kind, and helpful, and the finance manager said that my credit wasn't bad at all, putting me at ease. I'm going back to vickar nissan, only to retrieve the deposit I put down. Would not recommend. More
Mark Malahia is awesome. I bought my 09 maxima from the Regent location 3 years ago. Mark Malahia from the Service department is the only reason I continue to go there. Anytim I bought my 09 maxima from the Regent location 3 years ago. Mark Malahia from the Service department is the only reason I continue to go there. Anytime I bring in my car, he makes sure everthing is done properly. He calls you back on time, he listens properly and he makes arrangements for a rental when my car is been fixed. I highly recommend him anyday, anytime. Tosin. More

The audio system and the gps conflict and they stop working all of the sudden when they are both used at the same time! You take the car to this dealer where you originally bought it on Jan 2nd, they keep it up to now Jan 25th, only to figure out how to fix a simple audio system! Not responsive! Too irresponsible! It seems like they want to make you tired to forget about the problem! Oh and I forgot to mention that your safety seems not to matter for them as with the warranty package you buy from them they give you a simple car that I even don’t know the name for god’s sake, which doesn’t have ant winter tire! And last but not the least you pay a platinum full package car and they keep your car 23 days now to solve an audio problem! Won’t recommend this dealer to anyone! More

We got a great deal on it that's why we choose to stay. The finance department was amazing! Gold stars and 10/10 for her. She took her time and explained everything in complete detail and answered all my questions. More

MY sale Buying a car is an important decision that doesn't always conclude in one visit.I shopped around and ultimately ended my search where I began. MY salesperson Bill was professional and listened to what I wanted and not just consumed with selling me a car.I had gone to both Mercedes ,Infiniti and Lexus all missed the mark regarding level of service. Worst after sales support ever!!! I purchased a used 2016 300s with 18430 kms on it listed as immaculate, paid 1500 extra for paint protection which really got me burnt clear coat stre I purchased a used 2016 300s with 18430 kms on it listed as immaculate, paid 1500 extra for paint protection which really got me burnt clear coat streaking on the drivers side from improper application. I had to bring the car back twice at their convenience to have it fixed. had to get the drivers side strut replaced as it was defective within the first 5 days of driving and then I requested to have the front bumper looked at because the body lines did not match. the manager of used car sales Justin Cahill instead of being supportive tried to bully me with lines like " you can't expect perfection it is a used car" and after pushing repeatedly he said he had it fixed. when I came to get the car nothing was different and I was fed "well that is the best we can do " so I took it to dodge who upon opening the hood noted right away that all of the fasteners were incorrect and recommended to have it removed and put back on using the proper fasteners. when they took the bumper off the shock absorbers were crushed and the rebar was bent (both items for safety that never should have passed) $1104.00 in damage. I returned to Vickar to ask if they would reimburse me and they initially said no because I was past the 30 day purchase date even though I had asked that it be looked at within 10 days after purchase. after escalating to the GM I was told they would cover half the cost, which is cheap to begin with. it took almost a month to get the check through ignored calls and messages. I finally went to the dealership for answers and was fed repetitive lies of ' it may take a while this is a large company you know" and various other stall tactics. finally when I get the check it is for 500 not 552 which would have been half and when I asked about this I was told "that's all the GM was approved for and that's all you will get" I have never been so put out in my life and now regret wasting 1500 on paint protection because to keep the warranty on the paint I have to bring it back there once a year to have it inspected. I am already anticipating the anxiety and stress that that will cause. I would not recommend this place to anyone. if it was the last dealership on earth I would rather walk. More
