Recently bought a used car from them and had problems the day i took it home. I brought it to Honda for warranty a few days after and was charged for diagnostics as the engine was already tampered with due t day i took it home. I brought it to Honda for warranty a few days after and was charged for diagnostics as the engine was already tampered with due to modification from the previous owner which i had no idea about and this dealer didnt want to pay it. Talk about after sales customer service. Never again. If you're still going to deal with these guys, just a tip to make sure to put everything in writing before you make the deal. 'Verbal promises' will not do you any good. More

NEVER DISAPPOINTED Craig and Jackie are AMAZING. I had bought my first vehicle from them and I was taken seriously and was giving everything I needed. I had never has su Craig and Jackie are AMAZING. I had bought my first vehicle from them and I was taken seriously and was giving everything I needed. I had never has such a positive experience. Fast forward a year and my car had gotten written off, without a doubt Craig was the first person I called!! I was taken in and AGAIN showing me a vehicle with everything I could have wanted and then some. They treat you as though your family, both Jackie and Craig are amazing people to work with and I recommend them to every single person I talk to! No tricks, no hidden ANYTHING. I was walked through everything step by step, every detail was explained and I felt amazing leaving there with my terrain. Being a young adult is nerve-racking purchasing a vehicle but these two made it a breeze. I will never go anywhere else!! Thank you both for everything!! More

test drives I appreciate the no hastle test drive format they have.. I walked in.. wanted to look around for a while.. and they said let us know when you need som I appreciate the no hastle test drive format they have.. I walked in.. wanted to look around for a while.. and they said let us know when you need some assistance.. we picked out 3 cars that we wanted to test drive.. they lined the cars up inside where it was nice and warm and we look at all the features of the cars and then took them out one by one.. when we came back they had all the carproofs and safeties ready.. thanks guys for the no pressure buying.. they let me take the car over night to my house and make the decision.. thanks once again..
