Tim the salesman was the furthest thing from pushy and was very accommodating and easy to get along with. Jeff the manager was very friendly and fair when I pushed to get a better deal by dropping the price of the monthly payments. Then when we dealt with Les in finance he was friendly and to the point and it was a quick easy process. They were also very generous with the trade in value they gave us on our current vehicle. I would have to say besides the fact we were leaning towards Mitsubishi, out of all the dealerships and brands of vehicles we looked at, it was the friendly easy going atmosphere of Vickar Mitsubishi that ultimately made our minds up and we both left satisfied we were given a great deal and treated very well. Unprofessional, disrespectful, pushy I went in to purchase a car and the salesman was, as you would expect, extremely nice and accommodating. I ended up signing a worksheet which indicate I went in to purchase a car and the salesman was, as you would expect, extremely nice and accommodating. I ended up signing a worksheet which indicated the approximate cost of the vehicle and the model and the value of my trade-in (friday). I left a deposit. It was a long weekend so the following Tuesday I called in to say I decided to wait to purchase but that I would definitely be back to purchase, likely within the next six months. I couldn't get a hold of the sales person so I left a message (10am).I tried back three times and left three messages. Finally, Robert called back. I told him about cancelling the deal and he said that was fine and the he would put me through to the finance manager. I left a message there. Didn't hear back and continued to call and leave messages. Finally I got him on him on the phone. I told him about cancelling. He asked if there was some way he could make this deal happen. I thanked him but said not at this time. He said ok, he would refund the deposit. He would get the paperwork started and someone would call me about having the deposit refunded. After a few days , the salesman called saying I could not back out of the deal. He said I signed a contract and could not cancel. I knew I had not signed a sales contract, not had i taken possession of the car. I had not licensed it or registered it. When I indicated the business manager had already confirmed the cancellation, the salesman said that the business manager did not have the authority to do so and I would have to talk to the sales manager but that he was out of town until the following week. The salesman was trying to intimidate me into goin ahead withy the deal after he and the business manager had ok'd it on two separate occasions. I said that he should have the sales manager call me. Salesman said he would have the sales manager call. So I left it for a few days and then decided I wanted to get it straightened out and finished so I called the business manager. Left several messages and my calls were not returned. Very unprofessional. I asked to speak with someone who could help. I was transferred to Jeff Goren the sales manager. He immediately knew who I was. I said that I was not pleased that I have had to make phone call after phone call in order to get some assistance. I asked why he hadn't called me as his salesman said he would. Jeff's reply? I always call as soon as someone's name comes across my desk. So how did he know who I was if he hadn't been given my name? I said that clearly was not the case as I had to call repeatly before I was able to connect with him. He said that he was not given my name (questioning my integrity #1) and that if the salesman had said he would have him call, he would have. (Again, implying i was not truthful in saying Robert told me Jeff would call). I indicated that the business manager had confirmed the cancellation and that the deposit would be refunded. The salesmanager said that the business manager would not have said that because they are instructed not to say that (again questioning my integrity #3). This went on for sometime. Salesmanager was condescending and rude. He was basically a bully. I was disappointed not to get my deposit refunded but I knew they were under no obligation to do so. My problem is the way he interacted with me and the way all three employees I dealt with were unavailable and rude and avoided the situation simply because it was a cancellation. You would think potential future business would have guided them o better customer service. BEWARE. More

So we wait for 2-3 weeks we didnt get any feedback from him,so we went there for 6 times and we didnt get anything at all. He's excuse was they cant put 2way remote start on 2008 model of outlander and fog lights fpr some reason he's saying. Then he just promise that he'll gonna reimburse it to the dealership ,so we still give him a chance for his promises. After all calling him and going there for so many times he just gave us $300 installment for everything that he promises.Where can i buy fog lights and 2 way remote start of that $300 he gave us? also give us the car few gasoline on it and not brand new tires on it.. BEWARE OF THIS GUY IS A TERRIBLE SALESMAN AND LIER!!! HE WILL PROMISE YOU EVERYTHING ,IN THE END ITS NOTHING!!! More
Earned my business for life I recently purchased a 204 outlander gt and the experience and purchase process from start to finish was absolutely pleasureful. From the sales consul I recently purchased a 204 outlander gt and the experience and purchase process from start to finish was absolutely pleasureful. From the sales consultant, to the management, my dealings were fruitful to my benefit. They were honest, listened to my needs, delivered all my required features in my vehicle and gave me some great incentives on my vehicle purchase. The entire process was easy, understandable, beyond fair, and essentially everything you would want your dealings when purchasing a vehicle to be like. They built a great rapport with me and have in return earned my business from today forward. I will absolutely send family and friends their way to receive the immaculate service I've received. More
Would never recommend to anyone Warning this dealership will try to scam you and pull money left right an centre. I love my mitsubuishi car but hate dealing with the dealership. Got Warning this dealership will try to scam you and pull money left right an centre. I love my mitsubuishi car but hate dealing with the dealership. Got %100 taken advantage of buying my vehicle. "Free oil changes for life" on the condition that you don't get any work done on your vehicle anywhere else, sounds like good deAl , but even following that condition they cut off free oil changes after a year even though no work was done anywhere else. Also every time I've gone for an oil change they wAnt you to spend $800 on maintenance that is not needed. Even if you don't want to get your oil changes there you still have to because the "service required" screen in your dash pops up every 3 months and according to them you cannot change it or make it stop showing up and no other garage can turn it off. This prevents you from seeing your miliage, engin temperature and wry thig else that normally shows up on te screen until you bring yor car in to them. Regardless of where you get your work done you have to go back there to get them to reset the light for $35. Also got some work done there and they have me a rental car with a flat tire , they filled up the tire just before sending me off with it knowing it was flat! When I picked up my car that just had work done on the trunk, noticed my trunk was popping open oddly, they said the pistons had just been worn out because of the cold weather, even tho they were perfectly fine when I dropped it off. After further investigation on my part it turns out they has put the pistons back upside down! Now either that is a scam to make me buy new ones or they are really just that stupid to out them back the right way.. I ask myself if I really want people who can't figure that small of an issu working on my vehicle, what happens when a bigger issu comes along..? I've got more examples of how crooked they are but not about to write a book about it. I've had enough dealing with this dealership, I hear better things about the one on Waverley. No complaints about the vehicle it is great but not worth the hassle of this dealership! More
Typical stereotype of car salesmen I went in, cash in hand, expecting to buy a Mirage for the full listed price shown on the web-site (though hoping to get a few dollars off). The sale I went in, cash in hand, expecting to buy a Mirage for the full listed price shown on the web-site (though hoping to get a few dollars off). The sales guy made me wait while he had his long chat with the manager and came back with a price that was a couple thousand more than the list. He then "explained" a myriad of added fees in a most misleading way. He tried to pass off arbitrary dealer add-ons as mandatory government fees, charged double for some items (factory PDI doesn't include filling all the fluids so there is an additional PDI charge), tried to add a/c tax to a car that didn't have a/c and even had one fee that "would be explained in the financing office". I really wanted a Mitsubishi, but will not darken their door again. Waverley Mitsubishi across town did not pull those shenanigans at all, but they do seem to share the same ownership so I am skeptical of them as well. More
