I had an overall good experience when ordering my 2021 Stingray what I wasn't impressed with is when the car only came which I don't believe was the dealerships fault but was there something they could ha Stingray what I wasn't impressed with is when the car only came which I don't believe was the dealerships fault but was there something they could have done to speed it up?. it was 3 months late as it was built sitting waiting for delivery in July and i only got the car early October. No one had know idea why it was taking so long. when it did arrive it had damage which was very disappointing to say the least Devin in sales whom I was dealing with figured this must be why it took so long to ship. So yes the car had damage so they will fix the car in the spring as they gave me the option to take delivery right away maybe get a few weeks of driving in. they offered that I could leave the car and order another in the spring. For what to wait all summer again to get my Car. Why couldn't they get this expedited to get it here and fixed up? I was rushed to pick up the car it felt not enough time. I had asked if i could take some of the plastic off on the interior seats and screens, steering wheel as they needed to do the inspection as i was coming that day. When I arrived all plastics had been removed in the interior which was a little disappointing on my first new Vette. top it off the transparent roof top I ordered had scratches in it as well which i only noticed a few weeks after when i decided to switch roof tops. so all this has to be dealt with now next spring.. I guess i will right another review after the Stingray gets repaired. Hopefully to my satisfaction. Hopefully they can fix the transparent roof top scratches if not i hope the dealership honours me a new one! More
I was very pleased with all of the service, I live in Thunder bay and couldn't find the vehicle I wanted at any lots around our city nor did any of the sales people even try and look elsewhere, not to me Thunder bay and couldn't find the vehicle I wanted at any lots around our city nor did any of the sales people even try and look elsewhere, not to mention I was offered $1100 for my trade in, where as with Vickar, not only did I receive 5 times that amount, my Jeep was brought to thunder bay and my car taken bac. The whole process from start to the time it was delivered was a little over a week, exceptionally fast as well as the intertest rate i received was nearly 4% lower than was offered in Thunder Bay. It has only been a few days with the new vehicle but as long as it keeps running the way it is, I have absolutely no issues with this dealership. More

Just stopped in with a few quick questions because I couldn't find the info online and I was in the area, but Karlee sat us down and wanted to collect all of my personal info. I told her I didn't really want to leave contact info because of how salespeople at dealerships consistently keep trying to call and email you. She was able to answer my questions to my satisfaction for the most part, but then kept trying to get contact info so she could follow-up and let me know as soon as new vehicles arrived on the lot. When I said I would just keep an eye on the website, and she got the sense that I wouldn't be leaving my phone number and email address, she basically kicked us out the door as though we were wasting her time. I would consider coming back to buy a vehicle because it's the closest and most convenient dealership to me, and because of the high rating and all the other seemingly satisfied customers, I would probably just look for a different sales consultant to work with. More
To start with we first met with sales representative Gurpreet Singh who treated us very professionally. Showed us a Equinox vehicle that was just brought in on a trade. which we subsequently bought. After we purchased the vehicle Mr. Singh spent about one hour or more explaining the various options in the vehicle, of which there are many, and setting up the various systems. He was very diplomatic and helpful. We also dealt with two finance individuals during the process and were dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. We were informed our repair was not cover by warranty. Questioned them numerous times and they still said nope. We paid over $1050 to have repairs done. We spoke to a service technician friend the next day and he said it definitely should be. We questioned Vickar and they checked again and said oh yes it is covered. Went back to Vickar and requested the refund and said sorry a cheque will be mailed to you. We can’t offer the refund to your debit card. We are very frustrated as we would have been out $1073 if it wouldn’t have been looked into more. Vickar advised us to contact GM Canada and file a complaint. As to blame it on them. All we were offered was a free oil change for this big mistake and all the hassle we went through. More
Sales agent Dawson was very helpful. Andrew the sales manager was also very helpful and keen on making things work for us. We bought a used vehicle that needed some fixes and items we wanted. The items were completed as promised.and in a timely manner. The rewards card with $50 on it was a surprise from the finance person who was also very diligent. We would highly recommend this business. We chose to go to Vickers because they had the vehicle we needed, plus our son had recently bought a car from them. We think it was a good choice! More
