Dropped vehicle off for recall,and asked them to go over it.While there one of the employees was driving it when it was hit by a bobcat.When I dropped it off I told them please do not move power seat,be it it.While there one of the employees was driving it when it was hit by a bobcat.When I dropped it off I told them please do not move power seat,be it does not move back.I went to get in my truck and my leg would not even fit.They fixed that for me .3 months later after they fixed bobcat damage they charged me $141.35 for my seat,and wouldn’t release my truck.Jamie told me in person he would give me a break for the damage caused by them,nope,full bill after taking 10 days to do a mirror and small dent. More

My car was at your shop from 9:30am to 2pm for a diagnostic test only, I was told that it would only take 30mins, after 4.5 hours of waiting, somebody called me that I need to wait for another two h diagnostic test only, I was told that it would only take 30mins, after 4.5 hours of waiting, somebody called me that I need to wait for another two hours for the parts because something has to be replaced. It means that diagnostic test takes 4.5 hours???? What happened to your service. I’ve been calling and left messages 5 times, they called me back after 4 hours. I even called the Manager and left a message but did get a reply. So frustrating and disappointing More
