I was sold a vehicle without a key fob, and had to argue to get one after I purchased the vehicle they tried to charge me for the fob. And after I had to argue to get one with the truck. They proceeded to give me one that was aftermarket, and wasn’t even a OEM quality Chevrolet product. I also noticed after the sale of the vehicle that there was a major defect on the tailgate that they failed to tell me or at least bring to my attention. After I was sold the truck. It was like I was being treated like just another number. After this being my first purchase from a dealership. I probably wouldn’t go that way again. More

Above & Beyond I came in for a service repair of a couple of hoses and needed to also get an oil change. I also mentioned that the last time I was there my front end I came in for a service repair of a couple of hoses and needed to also get an oil change. I also mentioned that the last time I was there my front end couldn't be looked at because the front end guy wasn't there so I mentioned that to the service guy and he said no problem they would look into that as well. After he walked around my truck he advised me that my tube steps and front bumper were pitted and some spot had some rust, I hadn't even realized that. He told me they would take care of that for me too (warranty). When I picked up my truck everything was completed and they even found items with my front end that they replaced (warranty). That kind of customer service keeps me coming back. I can honestly say that I have had a bad experience a while back with Vickars (many years ago) but since I have purchased my truck there they have definitely redeemed themselves. They go Above and beyond for their clients. More
