Our Experience in purcahsing a new vehicle Or experience with David Enns and Jamie was fantastic, this is the sixth vehicle we have purchased from him as well as our sin and nephew have purchas Or experience with David Enns and Jamie was fantastic, this is the sixth vehicle we have purchased from him as well as our sin and nephew have purchased vehicle from him and are very happy. David's experience and knowledge is excellent. He does nor pressure you to make a sale thus it is a very comfortable experience. This is the first year we have dealt with Jamie, David's Assistant, she if very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall our Sales experience was fantastic. The only negative comment we have is in regards to the financial process. The Financial Agent was very knowledgeable and courteous, the process was quite easy and quick. Our only comment is that he did not inform us of the possible extra bank charges if the lien payment did not go through in time. An additional payment was taken out of or account as the lien payment did not get processed in a timely manner. Purchase was July 7, 2018, payment on previous vehicle was withdrawn July 17. When the payment was reimbursed, we were charge daily interest and banking fees thus did not receive the full amount back that was withdrawn. We understand that this was a minimal amount (approx.$5) however for someone who has a larger payment or on a fixed budget, this may be an issue. The Financial Manager was very hard to contact in this regard, several messages left with no response until we contacted our Sales Manager and his assistant, we then received a call from the Financial Manager. More
