Courteous and friendly staff. Offering me coffee was a big plus. Makes one feel important. After all, coffee is the nectar of the gods. I don't enjoy the negotiation part, but I have to say it was ok. big plus. Makes one feel important. After all, coffee is the nectar of the gods.
