Noise in Trunk We made an appointment to have the dealership check a banging noise coming from the trunk area of our 2017 Camry when going over a bump on the highway We made an appointment to have the dealership check a banging noise coming from the trunk area of our 2017 Camry when going over a bump on the highway. They took it for a test drive and heard the noise we were concerned about then provided us with a temporary vehicle while they worked on the solution. Two hours later they called and said it was fixed and ready to go. Thank you to the service tech who did a great job in diagnosing the problem and repairing it. Excellent Service I was recently looking for a vehicle and stopped first at Vernon Toyota. I was greeted by a product advisor, told him what I was looking for and he showed me vehicles that met my criteria. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the products, answering my questions and allowed me to inspect the vehicles. Before I left, he got my name and phone number. I'm only mentioning what I would think is standard treatment because I learned from visiting three other dealerships that this salesman could easily qualify for salesman of the year! I was totally ignored at one dealership, another knew nothing about their product and the other didn't even offer to show me the interior of a car that I was obviously interested in. The Toyota salesman also did a follow-up phone call. I was fortunate to find a private deal but based on my experience, I would highly recommend Vernon Toyota. More
