Travelled Far...But Extremely Worth it. I live in Orilia but travelled to Vaughan Chrysler because of the available inventory. None of my local dealers had the make and model I was looking for. I called in and Sirous told me they have what I have been looking for. Those close by only had one or two in stock. Vaughan Chrysler had a dozen to choose from. Upon entering Vaughan Chrysler, I was greeted immediately by friendly staff and asked if i needed any assistance. I asked for Sirous who was an unexpected pleasure to work with. In my head I quickly made my decision to purchase my new vehicle from Sirous. He was personable, knowledgeable, and unlike any other vehicle sales rep I've dealt with. I got a deal I was extremely happy with. Sirous then introduced me to Daina to complete the financing on my purchase. Daina was wonderful to work with as well...no pressure and very knowledgeable about the various options available to me. Service, service, service I was assisting my parents in replacing their car that was wrecked in an accident with as good a match as i could find. My search started on the deal I was assisting my parents in replacing their car that was wrecked in an accident with as good a match as i could find. My search started on the dealer's website that accurately described the car and provided visual images that supported the description. Not wanting to make the drive to Vaughan should the car no longer be available, I called the dealership and spoke with Sherry Eskes who was friendly and informative and the car was known to her. After politely answering my questions she convinced me to come up and view the car...which I did. Sherry gave me the space to look over the car and didn't put the hard sell on me but made herself available to answer my questions. Not what I was expecting but entirely appreciated. Convinced this was the car for my parents I put a deposit on the car and advised Sherry of the situation and she assured me my parents would be well looked after. Both my parents and myself were not disappointed. Sherry was accommodating to my parents schedule and was, according to my parents, a pleasure to work with in closing the transaction. Sherry even arranged to have the car dropped off at their house to accommodate the fact that they had no means to pick up the car. All in all a terrific experience and a big thank you to Sherry. More
