Pleasure doing business I can't thank Onur enough for his customer service which was way beyond my expectations of a car salesmen. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable an I can't thank Onur enough for his customer service which was way beyond my expectations of a car salesmen. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating, not your typical pushy salesmen. I purchased a slightly used vehicle which had some minor scuffs on the front bumper, which would not a deal breaker for me but Onur ensured me that their high end body shop would restore it to brand new condition. It wasn't just a verbal promise, he wrote it in the sales agreement. It took less than a week for the car to go in and out of the body shop and he would give me daily updates on its status. Awesome service I couldn't have asked for more. As promised the front bumper looks brand new! He was very professional and sincere I never doubted him (and I'm one who really finds it difficult to build trust in salesmen). Thank you Vaughan Chrysler and Onur, it was a pleasure doing business. I went to three different Chrysler dealers in person, spent the whole day in their negotiation rooms and talked to other salesreps on the phone and ended up feeling manipulated. Sherry is the only one who made me a straight forward and fair offer on my first request. I wish all Chrysler car salesreps work like Sherry.
