He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating, not your typical pushy salesmen. I purchased a slightly used vehicle which had some minor scuffs on the front bumper, which would not a deal breaker for me but Onur ensured me that their high end body shop would restore it to brand new condition. It wasn't just a verbal promise, he wrote it in the sales agreement. It took less than a week for the car to go in and out of the body shop and he would give me daily updates on its status. Awesome service I couldn't have asked for more. As promised the front bumper looks brand new! He was very professional and sincere I never doubted him (and I'm one who really finds it difficult to build trust in salesmen). Thank you Vaughan Chrysler and Onur, it was a pleasure doing business.
