Domenic was very helpful in the process of being a first time car owner with no pressure at all. He answered all my questions and concerns with genuine and honest answers making sure I was comfortable with time car owner with no pressure at all. His approach was completely opposite to another dealership I visited. Having good options at both locations my final decision was made with Vaughan Chrysler because Domenic did not pressure me to leave with a car that day. Highly recommend this location. More

Only at Vaughan Chrysler where you still get charged when your new dodge truck is still under warranty and when you confront them with that they will tell you " who's going to pay for labour then ?" This ste your new dodge truck is still under warranty and when you confront them with that they will tell you " who's going to pay for labour then ?" This stealership is a scam , their so called " service advisors " will try every trick in the book to scam you and suck as much money out of as possible . Steer clear of those thieves and save your hard earned money . Their management is well aware of those tactics yet they are just as guilty and in on this as their "service dept." . Chronic crooks chronic thieves take that to the bank . More

I spoke to Jamie Lee over the phone the Finance manager I spoke to Jamie Lee over the phone the Finance manager and asked some questions to which i didn't feel confident in her response, she didn't seem l I spoke to Jamie Lee over the phone the Finance manager and asked some questions to which i didn't feel confident in her response, she didn't seem like she knew what she was talking about, i even mentioned it that i didn't feel she was competent , I was assured she was good. Well the deals of Both New vehicles went through and i email Jamie regarding plate info and i wanted new plates, she didn't do that... we arrive to the dealership , a 3 hour drive and she didn't get the new plates i asked for. Then my buyout was off by a little bit which i was going to pay for up front and she tacks it onto my payment which NO ONE communicated with me regarding that . More
