There was an oversight regarding the ownership/license when it came time to pick up, an error made by the used car manager. I had to wait an extra two days for my vehicle which did not make me happy at all, but Michael made sure that he personally delivered my vehicle to me at my work. Michael went through every little detail inside and out and explained all the bells and whistles this vehicle has. Michael is an exceptional Salesman.
