They were efficient and prompt in helping us in anything we needed. They even have a "Know Your Car Night" which was really helpful and informative. The host Christine Mitchell was so knowledgeable and pleasant. We purchased the Pacifica Hybrid and with all the awesome features it came with, it was a little overwhelming but we are so grateful to Adam Weeks for being so patient and enthusiastic to teach us. His excellent customer service is one-of-a-kind, he goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase and even after the purchase, he continues to show the same level of service. The experience here was so much different from the other dealerships we have dealt with in the past. From now on, this will be the only dealership we would like to go to not only for vehicle purchases but for all maintenance services as well. More
