I contacted the dealership after hours in regards to an online post, and received a reply even though they were closed at the time. I was able to set up an appointment to come in the following day and look over a few different cars I was considering. I met up with Sirous when I arrived and we looked over the cars. The one I was most interested in (and ended up purchasing) was on display on the rocks, and buried behind several other vehicles, however he made it so that we got it down and I was able to test drive it. Once we finalized the deal and went over my trade in. I ended up getting more than I was expecting for my trade in, which was a great bonus. They were able to secure financing within a couple of hours which was just the icing on the deal. On delivery day both Sirous an I noticed a few scratches we didn't see before and he promised he would send out some touch up paint to me. It took a while for the paint to arrive to the dealership, but once it did, true to his word, Sirous had it couriered to my house. Overall they were friendly and accommodating and I am a happy customer. More

By the time it was ready for delivery I had no way to get to the dealership in time for pick up. So get this : MESSI GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO PICK ME UP AT HOME ! Which is a 45 min drive. Amazing. Truck is everything they had promised. Thanks again Messi More

Exceptional Car Buying Experience with Sirous Azimi My husband and I were shopping for a truck and after reviewing several dealerships online website we decided to visit them in person. we visited four My husband and I were shopping for a truck and after reviewing several dealerships online website we decided to visit them in person. we visited four dealership and Sirous at Vaughan Chrysler was our last stop. We knew exactly what we wanted so it was a pretty simple deal; however, the other dealership wasted our time by going back and forth between the managers and at the end they couldn't come down to what we were asking for. When we walked in to Vaughan Chrysler at first we walked around without being greeted by anyone for a few minutes. As we passed by Sirous's office even though he was sitting with someone he still asked if we had been looked after. After a few minutes he came to us and offered us a coffee and took us to his desk. We told him what we wanted and where we wanted to be in terms of price and he made it happen without going back and forth and play that whole sales game. We gave him the deposit and picked up our truck before the long weekend. Thank you for all your help Sirous and I hope this review goes a long way for you. More
