Terrible sales I went in to Vaughan Chrysler looking to purchase a used BMW that they had. After taking it for a test drive, I liked the car and was ready to buy wit I went in to Vaughan Chrysler looking to purchase a used BMW that they had. After taking it for a test drive, I liked the car and was ready to buy within the week. In order to get safety tested, I asked if I could take it to my mechanic for a day, they refused (they had given such privilege to the person who came to see the vehicle before me). Confused as to why, I went home and went over the website inventory again. I happened to see that the BMW had a CarProof (a tiny button on the page, easy to miss). Opened it up, and it turns out this accident car had over $20k in repairs done to it in recent years, and had a SALVAGE title. I talked to two salespeople there. One would think a salesperson would want to inform a potential customer of this, but not at Vaughan Chrysler. They failed to inform me even that it was even involved in an accident, let alone a salvage title. They also charged nearly $7k for it, while its worth is probably no more than 3k. My advice would be to avoid this dealership completely, as they are not forward about their vehicles and do whatever it takes to get their money. More

I have been servicing my Jeep Compass at Vaughan Chrysler since I bought it 2/12 years ago. While in for an oil change, I wandered up to the showroom. I spoke with Michael about the New Grand Cherokee. He suggested I take one for a drive while I was waiting. Once back I sat and had a coffee with Michael ( the espresso was one of the best). He had his manager take a look at my Jeep in service, and I started thinking about the more space we would have with our growing family. I could not believe it when I was shown that the Grand Cherokee would cost me about the same payment as I had on my Compass. Michaels manager showed me on the computer the whole picture. It made sense to move up to a bigger, new Jeep for our family. They took care of my service bill that day, and we are very happy in our new Jeep. Thank you Michael and Willson, and we tell everyone we know about our pleasurable experience and dealings with Vaughan Chrysler. PS. I look forward to an espresso on my next oil change appointment. My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Frank Caietta and Paul Ferreria several weeks ago. We needed to get an upgrade on our small vehicle due to our expanding family. With their recommendation and most helpful and friendly advice, we purchased the recommended vehicle, and are so happy with it, that my two brothers brought their vehicles in too, and we are now proud to call Vaughan Chrysler the new Dodge family dealership. In addition, even though there is a dealership much closer to our shop, we have transferred the service for all of our company Dodge RAMS (5 in total at this point) to Vaughan Chrysler, which we will now call home. Their service has been exemplary, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for service on their vehicle, or for purchasing a new vehicle.
