The staff were eager to help me and never pushed me into a vehicle I wasn't comfortable being in. Also, when it came time to talk about price they were very up front and in past I've found most dealers to have a hidden cost in there somewhere. I'm very pleased and would shop here or recommend this locaton to everyone looking for a vehicle. More

Great Experience I was recently advised that my older car could no longer be repaired and was unsafe to drive. As I needed a replacement car badly, I was informed that Peter O'Malley at Vaughan Chrysler could help. I contacted him and was most impressed. He showed me a newly-arrived 2005 Ford Taurus that suited my needs exactly. He then made all the arrangements to have it checked for mechanical soundness and had all the required government safety checks done in a very timely manner. I was most impressed and very grateful. Best NA Dealer Experience - Def Worth a Call B4 Buying!! Was very apprehensive about what to expect from a first North American vehicle purchase. We spoke to multiple Chrysler dealers across the GTA and Vau Was very apprehensive about what to expect from a first North American vehicle purchase. We spoke to multiple Chrysler dealers across the GTA and Vaughan Chrysler was the simplest, most direct, no bs and absolutely best experience. Dealt with mngt in all cases but Wilson was fair and honest right from the first email discussion. He was quick to respond, quick and fair to get us a great price both on the new vehicle and the trade in. And when we were close, he was willing to make some more calls to close the deal. Mike W was the sales person we dealt with once we arrived to finalize the deal. Very nice person, easy to talk to especially for my wife (who hates car shopping and most car salespeople). Mike was polite and a pleasure to deal with. I am a very very tough shopper especially with items I am familiar with. I will not stand for typical sales bs which I received from some dealers. If Wilson and Mike are what Vaughan Chrysler represent, then you owe it to yourself to make sure you give them a call and the opportunity. You will not be disappointed. More
