Awesome Experience My wife and I recently visited this dealership in the hopes of obtaining a Jeep Wrangler. We were immediately greeted by Anthony Pelleriti whom inst My wife and I recently visited this dealership in the hopes of obtaining a Jeep Wrangler. We were immediately greeted by Anthony Pelleriti whom instantly put us at ease with his relaxed a jovial nature.He said that he would make us happy,and that he certainly did.We signed for a vehicle that day at and excellant price.He commented that we could call him anytime if we had questions,and he had the answers when I called him back.There was no pushiness or intimidation to speak of during this process.Being that my wife drives a good distance to work,we were concerned about how long it may take to obtain the vehicle.he assured us in saying he would do what he could.It turns out we received the vehicle in just a few days.I would like to point out that Scott Kerr was very instrumental in finding an upgraded version of the vehicle that had everything my wife and I could imagine.We also dealt with Ken Zhang who led us through the different warranties that were available in a very professional and knowledgeable way.This was by far the best experience I have had at a dealership and would like to thank the staff at Vaughan Chrysler for going above and beyond. He made us a great offer quickly and fixed the problem another dealer created for us. The entire staff restored our faith in car dealerships. This is a 5 star dealer and it shows from the receptionist right up to the managers. It was a truly lovely end to a very trying time and we can't thank Peter, Rino and Vaughan Chrysler enough for going the extra mile (and then some!!) for us.
