A welcome reception, quick service, experienced Sales Rep Paul Ferreira answered all our questions, was very knowledgable, helped us find a vehicle that suited our needs & our budget. We felt that he covered all bases & held our hand right to the end not just until the deal was signed. We also had a visit from the dealerships GM Frank Caietta who came by to introduce himself & offer some info to help make us feel more comfortable. It felt like a Team/Family environment not a competitive every man/women for themselves situation. I didn't feel attacked by hungry sales people. Paul Ferreira was very professional & funny! He spent time with us & made us feel important right till the end. He even spent the time to go over all of the vehicles options to make sure we knew how to work everything!!!
