Time for a new Caravan Needed to replace my 2005 Caravan. I knew what I wanted to get and Sherry was excellent to deal with. She didn't try to up sell me to a product I did not need. She listened to what I wanted and when the first vehicle we found had been unfortunately already sold , she quickly found me another. In the end the price agreed upon was fair and I am pleased with the overall deal . Less than 48 hours after first talking to Sherry the van is in my driveway. Thanks More

Upgrade to a Family Jeep My wife and I returned to Chrysler Vaughan in search of our first family vehicle. I had to unfortunately give up my Sunday car (Fiat Abarth) for somet My wife and I returned to Chrysler Vaughan in search of our first family vehicle. I had to unfortunately give up my Sunday car (Fiat Abarth) for something a little more family friendly. We were deciding between a Renegade or a Cherokee Trailhawk. Paul went above and beyond to inform us of all the features of both cars and worked his best to get us the best price without us having to twist his arm. He gave me a good trade in value for my Fiat and found me discounts where I didn't think there were any. Paul my the purchase easy and Frank (Manager) even gave me a photography gig. We ended up getting a fully loaded trail hawk for an amazing price. My wife and I were on the fence about an SUV - but after it was all said and done - we do not regret our choice of car or dealership. Also note - this is the second car I purchased from Paul. More

We also had a visit from the dealerships GM Frank Caietta who came by to introduce himself & offer some info to help make us feel more comfortable. It felt like a Team/Family environment not a competitive every man/women for themselves situation. I didn't feel attacked by hungry sales people. Paul Ferreira was very professional & funny!
