Excellent, Efficient, and Friendly Service! I had a 2013 Dodge Ram and although I liked it I wasn't completely satisfied with all the features and was looking to upgrade to the 2015 Laramie. I I had a 2013 Dodge Ram and although I liked it I wasn't completely satisfied with all the features and was looking to upgrade to the 2015 Laramie. I dealt only with Sirous Azimi and within one phone he answered all my questions and I was offered an extremely fair trade in value for my truck in exchange of purchasing a 2015 Laramie. I only needed to make one trip to the dealer the day my truck was ready for pickup and I was in and out within an hour. Everything was well organized and the paperwork was completely efficiently. Throughout the whole process Sirous was professional, knowledgeable and honest, and was never once pushy or phony. I have had my Laramie for a few days now and am very satisfied and have no regrets, expect that I didn't get one sooner! Lied to….. I would never let my worst enemy buy a car or truck from this dealership. I have had better service from Tims when buying a $1.50 coffee. This makes me wonder how many people have been charged for these services and never actually had them done (oil spray and undercoating, paint protection will be determined when the professional detailer inspects the jeep). I don't ask for a lot, clean truck and all work done….. do your self a favour and go somewhere else. I would have paid extra just to not have the hassle. More

Sirous's Extraordinary Customer Service brought us back I been looking for a Chrysler 300s for about four weeks now. I have been very specific about some of the options...I had originally seen one at Vaugha I been looking for a Chrysler 300s for about four weeks now. I have been very specific about some of the options...I had originally seen one at Vaughan Chrysler but I went to Caledon Chrysler because they had exactly what I've been looking for. After purchasing the vehicle and leaving a deposit on the vehicle I received the call from the sales person stating that he made a mistake on the stock number of the vehicle and he sold me a wrong vehicle and the right vehicle that I am looking for is slightly at a higher price....How is that possible I don't know...I asked if he could match the price he said no!! After going back and forth and getting my deposit back I went down to Vaughan Chrysler because I saw a Chrysler 300s on their website. Not really what I had been after but was still Okay. I met with Sirous for a second time! Great guy! nothing makes a sales person better other than having honesty and respect and he's one guy who you could tell all about..I asked about the vehicle that I saw on their website and really... I appreciate his honesty. Sirous said this unit was recently sold and delivered and takes about couple of days to be off of the website. He took his time and showed me another Chrysler 300s in white. A lot nicer looking with a lot more upgrade. I told him what my budget was and how I couldn't be over a certain amount. He took the extra time to go and convince his manager if he could match the price to the vehicle that was sold in order to earn my business...I could see how badly he was fighting for me and really it made me feel like there are still some honest and loyal sales people out there maybe 1 out of 10!!!! After doing the financing I took delivery of my car the next day! Couple of scratches were all looked after, car was cleaned and just in a great looking shape. At the end... THANK YOU SIROUS! More
