We received delivery of our 2024 Jeep Wrangler on March 5, 2024. We dealt with Sales Person Adrian, and Finance Manager Kassidy. The dealer did not have the trim with the options we wanted in stock, so they had to trade vehicles with another dealership. Our previous Wrangler was stolen, so we requested the dealer install a third party immobilizer on the vehicle at the recommendation of Adrian who had one just like it installed on his personal truck. We were promised the pamphlet for the immobilizer that was to be installed so we could learn about it and its features; however we never received it when we signed the papers. When we picked up the vehicle, we were promised a walkthrough of how to use the features of the immobilizer; however, Kassidy spent the majority of our appointment focused on trying to upsell us for other things like gap insurance for our car loan. We were told everything would be in the package they left in the Jeep bag in the glove box; however, there was no pamphlet or details of what model of immobilizer was installed. I texted Adrian several times after picking up the Wrangler requesting the details and model number of the immobilizer so I could read the manual. I never got a response. About two weeks after we picked up the car, we went to start the engine to warm it up. The immobilizer acted up and activated in a way that prevented the engine from turning off. Adrian finally responded to us after several voicemails and more text messages to address the issue while our engine had been stuck on idling and wasting gas for over an hour. Adrian stated he was getting his manager to reach out to the installers, and someone would get in touch with me. Some time later I received a call from Adrian’s sales manager. He advised that because it had been a few weeks since we picked up the car, the installer is charging a fee to address the issue we were having with the immobilizer. When I explained the neglect from Adrian when I kept asking for the details of the immobilizer, the manager just shrugged it off. When I voiced my dissatisfaction with the service from the dealership, the manager literally told me, “I don’t care if you do business with us again” and hung up on me. When I texted Adrian afterwards to let him know what happened, he refused to respond and continued to ghost me. I have told my coworkers, friends, neighbours, and my community about this dealer and what happened. I urge anyone reading this to do their due diligence to research the dealership they plan to use. If you receive any lack of care from this dealership, I suggest you go somewhere else. Any other dealer can get you the same deal or better. More

I have never had a worse experience with taking my car in for service. Do not trust them. Did not perform the " peace of mind inspection" didn't top up any fluids, scratched my rim with the impact gun, lef for service. Do not trust them. Did not perform the " peace of mind inspection" didn't top up any fluids, scratched my rim with the impact gun, left leaking drain plug, lost or misplaced/stole my oil dipstick and tube then tried to charge me 400 to replace it! Only at Vaughan Chrysler you still get charged " Labour" when your new dodge truck is still under warranty and when you confront them with that they will tell you " who's going to pay for labour then ?" This stealership is a scam , their so called " service advisors " will try every trick in the book to scam you and suck as much money out of as possible . Steer clear of those thieves and save your hard earned money . Their management is well aware of those tactics yet they are just as guilty and in on this as their "service dept." . I have not been paid on this unit, and have been misguided and misled on this long due payment from your staff member. I got extremely frustrated and showed up to personally address it with the management myself. Frank, I appreciated your warm welcome and commitment that I must be paid immediately. Jake asked me to come on Monday to pick the chq. As per his directions, we reached there to pick up. We were told to come the next day, that's today. Again the payment was not made and we were asked to come back the next day or thursday. It is extremely disturbing that we have already been made to wait for 3 months and now your management is mocking us for coming every day.
